We were recommended this spot and what a hidden gem! The service was great and drinks were so tasty. The music was such a fun cool vibe. Great for a date night or fun drink after dinner. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Been in Seattle for a week and Wish I found this bar sooner. Crispy classic cocktails with mellow vibes. Must try either milk punch that's on the menu or specifically ask Will-he will most definitely help narrow down something to your liking. Best drinks and vibe in town!

Following the sage recommendation of a bartender at Zig Zag Cafe, I made my way into Belltown over to Roquette. Roquette was a surprisingly small space with a wonderful vibe serving up "destination" bar-worthy cocktails. It reminded me of some of the neighborhood gem cocktail bars that I'd frequented on the East Coast. I grabbed a seat at the bar. Roquette's lineup of cocktails were varied in flavor profile using a wide range of spirits. They also served non-alcoholic offerings which looked equally intriguing as their boozy selections. I started off with the 99 Problems ($28), which, unfortunately, I forgot to note what was in the drink. It was boozy, clever, inventive, and most importantly delicious. My second drink was the Imperium Old Fashioned ($24) made with Westland Whiskey "Roquette" Barrel, Clement Cask Strength Rhum, Old Delicious Apple Brandy, Pineapple, and Spice. It was an excellent, boozy, balanced update to the classic Old Fashioned. Although I went with drinks off their menu, I have no doubt that any of their skilled bar professionals could've crafted me a wonderful cocktail if I had simply requested a classic or something on the fly based on my choice of spirit and desired flavor profile. Yes, the prices on the two drinks I ordered were pretty steep, but they were comparable to prices I've paid in Las Vegas. Plus, I don't have a problem with paying a premium for a well-made cocktail made with premium ingredients in a comfortable, welcoming setting (the drunken guy next to me who tried to engage with me in a political discussion excluded). Bottom-line: Roquette was a revelation. It served up two of the best cocktails that I've had this year. I can't recommend it enough and it'll be at the top of my list of places to hit the next time I'm in town.

Small space but really nice. The people working there were super welcoming. The host was quick and kind to everyone at the door and made the wait feel easy. There was a bit of a line outside since it's a small spot so just keep that in mind, but he handled it well and kept the vibe friendly which made it not a big deal. They mostly serve cocktails with just a small selection of beers. I had a beer and it was cold and poured well. Service was great and the whole place had a cozy feel. Definitely a good pick for a chill date night or if you just want a quiet drink somewhere nice.

Great cocktail bar!! Thought the panic button drink was one-of-a-kind. It had a Sichuan pepper (if you can handle spicy) that changed the flavor of the drink after eating the spice. Amazing. We did walk-in for a party of 3 on a Thursday evening. Waited about half an hour for seats. It was pretty popular for a school night.

We came to Roquette right at open at 5p for drinks before dinner. We got espresso martinis and they were delicious. They had a unique cinnamon flavor that I enjoyed. We also got the Broom of the System, which was the cocktail of the day and tasted like Apple Pie. It was great. Definitely plan to come back to Roquette.

Incredible Cocktails. We got recommended this place from several bars in the area and glad we came in. Cool place to have a cocktail and they have tin fish menu! We ordered the Smoked came with lemon, peppers and crackers. Service was quick and attentive. And the ambiance was classy.

Found this spot after we had dinner nearby, it was around 7:30 we got there and there were a couple groups there but not too many people. Very cool and well decorated spot and the service was really nice. Cocktails were interesting and good! I personally liked the panic button more than the snow on the beach, creamier and sweeter and the numbing flower was so fun

Great vibes. Great drinks. Definitely a spot for a fancy lil cocktail. It was Big Cat Friday apparently, all the staff was adorned in leopard print, tiger patterns, the works. The decor felt fun and elegant and intimate. Rocking that spinning disco ball! We got the Tonka Truc - boozy so delicious! Pandemonium - you really taste the pandan Would come back on another night where I'm itching for a nice cocktail.

    Panic Button - IG @bougiefoodieboi

I went here on a Monday after work right in time for their happy hour which occurs from 5-7pm daily. I got the espresso martini which is discounted to $12 (originally $17) as well as their popular Panic Button. The espresso martini, like other reviews say, is good. I did find it not as ideal that they premade their espresso, but the difference is marginal compared to espresso martinis with espresso made on the spot in the Centurion Lounges where I always order that drink. What stood out in their version is a bit more creaminess and sweetness. The Panic Button is very similar to the Verbena cocktail from The Chandelier in Vegas, but this one is not as floral or herbal. However, the buzz button they used here is much stronger and lingers for longer, around 5 minutes, and there were moments that the numbness was so strong I thought I was suffocating. So I would recommend you to take small bites and let the buzz button longer in your mouth before you eat more, since I did pop the whole thing and swish around my mouth. The flavor profile of the cocktail was the exact same, so this drink is just a for-experience, which was a bit disappointing as the recommendation is to drink half the cocktail first, then pop the buzz button and drink the rest, which implies some sort of different experience. Overall, this is a fairly good bar in Belltown, and it is recommended to go during the weekdays as I can see it being quite popular and busy during the weekends. It is conveniently located to many good restaurants; since there are limited offerings of food here aside from small bite snacks, the best way to spend the night is get some nice drinks here and then go to another restaurant for food before/after.

The staff are very friendly and enjoyable to chat with. For restaurant week there's a Matcha drink, which is fabulous. The first time we ordered buffalo wings and cocktails and had a great time. The wings were crispy and the drinks were tasty and strong. The second time we ordered gochujang wings, tacos, and drinks. The wings were covered in just straight gochujang which was a little disappointing. We would have preferred more of a sauce, with some soy sauce and/or honey to balance it out. The tacos were pretty good, but our main issue is that the bartender forgot about my boyfriend's drink. We figured it was just a one-time thing because there was only one guy taking orders, making drinks, bringing everything else, but unfortunately we had the same thing happen again. Once again, we ordered a couple drinks and the bartender forgot about my boyfriend's drink. The place was pretty busy, and once again it was one guy handling everything. I don't know what the problem is, if they need a better system of taking orders or if they need better staffing. Either way, this place has a lot of potential and it's unfortunate to see it wasted with bad service.

We came here to eat because it was near our hotel. I was OBSESSED with the crab nachos. 2 months later, I moved out here all on my own. Now, 8 years later, I live nearby. Whenever someone is visiting, we come here. Whenever I run into a stranger visiting, i say they have to come here. My friends know if i'm celebrating anything, "are you getting crab nachos?!" No one I've brought here has had a bad thing to say regardless of what they ordered. My go to is: Pull apart bread, crab nachos (with their hot sauce!! which, btw can i buy that by the bottle.. cause YUM) + whatever drink is calling my name (they rotate, but if you can get the pina colada you won't regret it). tldr; you'll regret NOT coming here.

I remembered that their drinks and bourbon selection/pricing used to be incredible. As with all things lately, prices have gone up on some of their rarer pours. The standard basic cocktails though were still reasonable and decently priced for the location. The atmosphere is great and service was pretty quick. The outdoor patio is still there which was a nice addition from 2019/2020 era. Some of their bourbons are still reasonably priced. Their food is pretty good. Would recommend the tacos, the burger, and carne asada. The nachos were not particularly for me, and also seemed to come out cold. Seemed to have cheese sauce instead of actual cheese. It was a cold day however. This place is mainly great for happy hour after work, but will come back and try dinner another time. Staff is great though. Really quaint and awesome spot to post up. good food, good service, good drinks, good selection, and still better pricing than most bars with what they have to offer. I would love to have a nice bar to patronize, but the bar food menu doesn't match bar food vibe. I am curious what dinner would be like here. Whoever owns this bar and whoever is curating this menu is absolutely a music head. No debate. And here's your gentle PSA: please pass that love of music AND hip-hop history to your waitstaff. Because what happened to me... was personal. There are three drinks on the menu that basically scream, "someone in here grew up on hip-hop and never emotionally left the 90s." We've got: ATLiens Aquemini 2 ____ a Butterfly (fill in the blank, but if you know, you KNOW Kendrick Lamar, 2015) Now listen this is not "aqua-mini." This is Outkast. Andre 3000. Big Boi. Southern rap royalty. It is pronounced Ah-kwim-in-eye The waitress looks me dead in my soul and says, "Oh, you mean the Aqua-mini." I was transported out of my body. Now here's the issue: I would've let it go...if a Kendrick Lamar song wasn't also on the menu. Because why are we confidently mispronouncing Outkast while casually referencing Pulitzer-level rap on the same drink list? At that point I realized I was surrounded by people under 34 who had never had to wait for TRL, decode a CD booklet, or defend Southern rap. No one in my group shared my emotional breakdown. Not one gasp. Prices & Drinks (important part): Let's talk about the $18 drink situation. I paid $18 for an Aquemini and received...vibes. Not buzz. At $18, I expect at least a whisper of alcohol. Instead, I got decorative hydration. My husband's Blueberry Smash? Better. More flavor. More personality. So now I'm sitting there thinking: I paid premium pricing for a drink I had to defend and pronounce correctly myself... and still left sober. Food: I was a little hungry and ordered fried shrimp (not on the online menu) The shrimp was fine. Just fine. The dipping sauce tried its best, and I respect that effort. Why is everything either wagyu, mussels, duck, or something you need a culinary degree to pronounce like gruyere but I can't just get a basic bar plate? Wagyu sliders, chicken bites would have been nice because I don't usually go out thinking, "Tonight feels like Wagyu and mussels at the bar." Service: I'm from Los Angeles, so I'm familiar with urban sketchy with a side of vibes. The activities near the parking spaces was very sketch. I was with a group of 8, including my husband so I felt protected by numbers. Inside, it was a Friday night but surprisingly empty. The music was loud enough to feel like a party, but quiet enough that you could still hear each other. We tried to rearrange seating to accommodate our group and the waitress said "I'm not walking around you, so keep this aisle clear." Which was fair, but also, there are gentler ways to say "I need this walkway." Or tell us the better way to set up seating in the empty bar. I didn't have a second drink frankly because I was never asked. Most places I go the waitress will come and ask if I want another drink. I don't live in Seattle, so this was my intro to night time bar life in the city. Sleepless in Seattle? I think in 2026 it's more like Sleepy in Seattle by looking at the emptiness.
