samo cocktail + blueberry smash + white wine
    Amanda Z.

I visited Provisions with a couple of my friends on a Saturday, Valentine's Day. We walked so we didn't have to worry about parking. There was a good number of other customers when we arrived, but we were still seated promptly. There was also a singles' event being hosted by the couches area. The employees were nice & accommodating throughout our meal. Fortunately, we also made it to their happy hour. I had their samo cocktail, my friend got their blueberry smash, & our other friend went with a white wine. We also ordered the patatas bravas, truffle bread, & crispy mussels for the table. We accidentally got served the crab beignets, instead of our truffle bread, but they brought it out to us after & gave us the crab beignets free-of-charge. Would visit again!

I went here with my coworker after work during happy hour and we loved this place! They had a pretty good happy hour menu. These drinks were $10 during HH. All of their other drinks sounded pretty good as well Service: We were one of the first ones there and we ordered at the bar and sat at a table. The bartender brought our drinks to us and it was pretty quick Ambiance: It was still pretty early (5 PM), but I can imagine that this place gets pretty packed later in the day

Provisions perfectly nails a dark, punk-rock meets upscale vibe -- it's edgy but still classy. The drinks are amazing: bold, creative, and expertly crafted. The staff is super friendly and really adds to the experience. They have a really cool, ever-changing menu that switches up late at night, keeping things fresh and exciting. I haven't tried the food yet, but it definitely looks promising. Can't wait to come back and dive into it. If you're into a stylish spot with attitude and seriously good drinks, this is it.

John (Owner) is very hospitable and welcoming! The bar is so clean and very comfortable. It's a vibe with the lowlights and the service was good! Would come back & WILL tell all my friends!

Came in for Happy Hour on a rainy thursday afternoon. This place is very dark so be prepared. We had a good bartender that was working hard to fulfill all the bars orders. They seemed to be a little understaffed on this day. Drinks were strong and the couches make it a perfect lounge space during the week.

It was okay, but the bartenders weren't the most friendly. The drinks were good. It's a bit hard to spot from the street. The name is not noticeable until you are in front of the door (name is on the door), which was open. Maybe that's why it wasn't very busy.

The service was solid. It's a kinda cool, 20's fancy lounge vibe. The drinks were quite unique and we liked all of them. The servers give good recommendations. Overall a nice vibe with a modern twist.

Drinks (from left to right): - Figure8 (matcha makgeolli, dessert in a glass) - Guns n Rosè (citrusy) - De-loused something (smokey)
    Kylee T.

Figure8 was our favorite of the x3, we ordered another to share! All the drinks had egg white in it so had a rich, silky texture. NOTE: I put our name on the Yelp waitlist, but the hostess said that's fake since they didn't set it up and they've been trying to de-activate that function. Luckily it wasn't crazy busy, so we were seated right away. Nice cozy, lounge.

Drinks themed after 2000s early 2010s indie music. Definitely caters to the young professional crowd. Really comfy couches and dark ambience. Solid service. Lonesome Crowded West - the smell of the rosemary sprig paired well with the taste of the drink. Pink Moon - love the sweet egg white foam, the drink tasted like a dessert Enjoyed while chilling to the indie music.

This place is all the vibes and is one of my favorite cocktail lounges in Seattle. New York/Manhattan is one of my favorite places in the world and I've always loved Belltown because it feels a little bit like the NYC Lower East side to me. BT Provisions has always felt like your local, immaculate NYC lower east side cocktail lounge to me and that's one of the reasons I love it so much. Upon entering, you're greeted with low lighting and interesting quiet vib-ey music. Upon sitting at the bar, you can see the beautiful building, instagram worthy neon logo light, and the bar with a fantastic view of 2nd ave out the window. They have a full kitchen (I've never tried the food), but I can attest that the cocktails are fantastic. John and Matthew have served me here before and the service is top notch! Do yourself a favor and come visit BT Provisions when you have a free evening!

Cute seating arrangements. All kinds from bar Stool, tables and couches. Came on Saturday night and it was busy. Was able to get couch seating which was comfortable. The serve food and drinks. Drinks were very good, didn't feel strong though. On the sweeter side imo. Service was great, friendly servers. They don't do any reservations btw.

I just moved to the Seattle area and was hopping around looking for a local "go to" cocktail bar with craft cocktails. I tried a couple of places and stumbled across this place... and it will definitely be my favorite while I'm here. I love the vibe. I love the drinks. And I loved the bartender. I love the little craft cocktails where you read and you're curious-- like is this my kind of drink? And you try it-- and ingredients you wouldn't normally use become your go to drink or they're so well balanced you forget you don't like a particular ingredient. That's this place. The drinks blew my mind. I feel like they were twice as good as other places I had tried in the area and roughly $4-6 cheaper. Anyway-- seriously. Come here.

    Penny Rabbit
    Sarah L.

Classy cocktail bar for those looking for something different in Seattle. The drinks are all very interesting and unique - I chose to start with the Penny Rabbit since I like grapefruit. There was open seating, so after we ordered, the drinks were delivered to us. The owner and employees are also really friendly and loved sharing the story of behind Belltown Provisions! They are very passionate in the work they do.

Roquette was a surprisingly small space with a wonderful vibe serving up "destination" bar-worthy cocktails. It reminded me of some of the neighborhood gem cocktail bars that I'd frequented on the East Coast. I grabbed a seat at the bar. Roquette's lineup of cocktails were varied in flavor profile using a wide range of spirits. They also served non-alcoholic offerings which looked equally intriguing as their boozy selections. I started off with the 99 Problems ($28), which, unfortunately, I forgot to note what was in the drink. It was boozy, clever, inventive, and most importantly delicious. My second drink was the Imperium Old Fashioned ($24) made with Westland Whiskey "Roquette" Barrel, Clement Cask Strength Rhum, Old Delicious Apple Brandy, Pineapple, and Spice. It was an excellent, boozy, balanced update to the classic Old Fashioned. Although I went with drinks off their menu, I have no doubt that any of their skilled bar professionals could've crafted me a wonderful cocktail if I had simply requested a classic or something on the fly based on my choice of spirit and desired flavor profile. Yes, the prices on the two drinks I ordered were pretty steep, but they were comparable to prices I've paid in Las Vegas. Plus, I don't have a problem with paying a premium for a well-made cocktail made with premium ingredients in a comfortable, welcoming setting (the drunken guy next to me who tried to engage with me in a political discussion excluded). Bottom-line: Roquette was a revelation. It served up two of the best cocktails that I've had this year. I can't recommend it enough and it'll be at the top of my list of places to hit the next time I'm in town.

I underestimated the attractiveness of Happy Hour where many drinks are $1 to $3 off. The place was full and became even fuller (and louder) by the end of our meal. This bar is hopping with many regulars, alcohol-filled, with multiple screens televising sports. When we went in October, the food menu says the food is discounted 25% off during certain late hours. The current online menu doesn't say that anymore. Not sure if that deal is still available. Our server was easygoing. Note they charge 3% for credit card use. The Food: SRB Burger, $22 - 3 Stars Menu: Painted Hills beef, burrata mozzarella, basil aioli, arugula, pickled onions, hand cut fries Per the menu description, this burger sounded great. Unfortunately for hubby, this burger has the exact pet peeve that he dislikes the most - where the patty is small and tall (he calls it ball shape) compared to the bun. The patty diameter is significantly smaller than the bun. He literally hates that. I had to tilt the camera much lower to see the patty inside. On the plus side, the fries are great. Grilled Shrimp Club, $24 - 3.5 Stars Menu: bacon, lettuce, tomato, house made guacamole, roasted chipotle aioli, hand cut fries This club sandwich is very good except for the one thing that the menu didn't specify - the bun. They use ciabatta bread, which I find doughy, thick, and overwhelms a sandwich. That is my pet peeve for a sandwich. Neither of us is betting well on this night. They are probably more of a 3.5 Stars overall. We find their prices to be high, especially since they additionally charge a credit card fee. When we went, the cost was $21, $23 respectively. The prices are now $22 and $24 per online menu. I would not return for food only. I would return for a bar vibe.
