I live in an old building and the lock and doorknob were loose but I couldn't get it to tighten. I called Quick Key in the morning and spoke with Ethan. He told me he could be there in a few hours and that he would call me 10 minutes out (which he did) so I would be ready for him. He arrived and within 5 minutes he was done. He explained what the issue was and how he fixed it. It was so quick he didn't even charge me! I needed to get 2 doors rekeyed. I have called several locksmiths for quotes, and the quote from Quick-Key was reasonable.
