Sam and Lisa, the owners, are terrific life long members of our community --they've built a team that's both skilled and customer-focused. Their technician, Merrick, went above and beyond when he made and programmed a few laser-cut keys for my truck. He asked if I needed a spare to hide on the vehicle, but I let him know I had an app on my phone that could remotely lock and unlock my truck. He then mentioned "what if you lock your keys and your phone in the truck" On that note he crafted a bonus key at no extra charge, thinking ahead in case I ever locked my keys and phone inside the vehicle. That level of foresight and care is rare and deeply appreciated. I locked me out of my apartment and I called locksmith. The technician was rude since the beginning. He parked on a resident parking space and I told him to park on the street, he responds "tell me where is your apartment ". After several minutes traying to open the door with a tool, he was very mad. He uses a screwdriver between the jamb and the door forcing the border until the tool worked. The jamb and the door side was damaged. Once the door opened, he happened the door forcefully, slamming it against the wall. When asking how much was the cost he said $200. I said "no way I will pay you $200 for 10 minutes of work". The he said ok $ 150. I called customer services after he left but they don't care about anything. THIS COMPANY IS RIPOFF. These folks are great! Knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to exhaust every option, they were able to make me a replacement key for my Genuine Blur 150 when all others tried and failed. What a Godsend, and now I know where to find the ones that got the skills and patience to handle even the most abstract key replacements. I first went to HD. What a waste of time. Never anyone. Flagging somebody down or waiting is an awful experience. Just to have keys that didn't fit. I passed this place on my way to work and they were open (because I was running late). Right off the bat, they are the greatest!!! Made my duplicate keys right away. They're so friendly. Well guys once again I'm back to write a review. And as you well know I don't write many reviews so when I do. You know you must pay attention. My wife needed a spare key made for her 2013 Toyota and as you know dealership can be expensive. We found Concord Locksmith and ordered a key for the Toyota and a key for my daughter's Scion. I kept the spare key on my ring and one Saturday I dropped it on the ground and the key broke and the battery and remote part fell out and I couldn't find it. So when I called to get it replaced I was told I would have to pay full price l. Of course I didn't think it was fair and manager Michael didn't seem convinced I was telling the truth. I must say this was tough to handle bcuz I'm so honest. So I think after a few minutes Michael might have said to himself maybe this guy is truthful and suggested I speak with owner Lisa. So I left my number and she called me back. And here's where THIS LADY STEPPED UP BIG TIME. She was very kind and we got to talking and she did share one of her experiences with a remote key and she totally believe me. Big time relief. So what she did was she let me purchase another key ordered it for me and a sleeve to prevent the key from coming apart if dropped again. The BEAUTIFUL PART IS SHE ONLY CHARGED ME HER COST INSTEAD OF FULL PRICE. And THATS WHAT I CALLED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He fixed the issue I was having with two separate locks, and he suggested ways to prevent the problem from happening again. As a bonus, he tightened up the hinge on the door for easier opening and closing, including a trick to deal with the stripped screw. I needed a new key for a 4 drawer locking file cabinet having lost the original. I bought a key and it didn't work so I took it back. They then researched possible keys to fit the pic of the lock I brought in. It took 30 minutes and I left with four keys to try. It turned out to be the first key and I now have a locked cabinet. They saved me literally! I inadvertently locked my keys in the trunk for my keyless car, and when I went to enter it, the doors were not unlocking. I was stuck and luckily was parked close to the shop and went over there. I brought my car in as I was having problems with the ignition key. I thought I was going to have the key cylinder replaced. Michael determined the keys were worn and cut a new key. I called Concord Locksmith when I was having trouble with my front door locks. After some friendly, professional communication by email, I sent them some photos they asked for and they scheduled a service call for the next day. By the time Tyler arrived, I had decided to replace the locks instead of repairing them because the exterior hardware was looking beat up and the new mechanisms should work better and last longer. Tyler was very pleasant to work with. He replaced my locks and rekeyed the new ones to my existing house key. Honest business practices. Kind employees . They are the best ! I work at an old building that has " panic bar" door locks. You know the ones where you push the bar on the door to open. One end of one of the bars became displaced today a Friday. The business owner called a locksmith " Oh yes , I can order that part. I can have it by Monday. You'll need a whole new piece. Good luck finding that small part . The new assembly will be just $800! What ? so we went in search of the part. a pin that holds the bar in place.
