What can I say. Mr. Avi came out and did what he said he would. Had an urgent business need to open a safe, and was stuck with a problem. Fast and Responsive. Picked up the car keys instead of house keys. Very professional in and out less than 10 minutes.

Amazing service! I've been locked out of my safe for the past week, I've tried almost everything from new codes to jump starting the batteries, and even hammering away. The safe company couldn't resolve my problem either but after seeing the reviews for Sunshine Lock & Safe, I felt confident in their ability to resolve my dilemma. Called early in the morning and I was lucky enough to have someone come by in the afternoon. Took him a few minutes and he had my safe open and not a dent in sight! I highly recommend this locksmith if you are ever in a pinch, they are quick to answer to your call and just as quick in resolving your problem. 10/10 read more

Avi was super responsive, communicative, and quickly helped me with a mailbox lock replacement.

When a contractor misplaced my condo's only key the night before an early appointment, I messaged Avshalom in a panic. He replied within minutes and offered a time that fit my schedule. The key turned up, so I didn't need the lock opened--but Avshalom's quick response, flexibility, and professionalism were impressive. If you need a fast, reliable, customer‑focused locksmith, keep Avshalom's number handy. read more

I needed a large digital gun safe opened and reprogrammed as it belonged to my deceased father. After putting out a project request on Yelp, half of the locksmiths recommended Sunshine Lock and Safe. I filled out a service request online on their website, and Avi called me back promptly. After some confirmation of when services could be done, Avi met with my boyfriend to open the safe. He said he was on time, professional, explained everything he was doing, friendly and discreet. Avi said there isn't a safe he couldn't get into, and I believe him, as he was so highly recommended by others in the business. Thanks Sunshine Lock and Safe! read more

I was locked out of my apartment on a random Tuesday night. I picked Sunshine Lock and Safe because of the excellent reviews I saw on Yelp. My safe's electronic lock decided that it didn't want to work anymore. Avi came out promptly and we discussed whether I should replace the safe or replace the lock. He offered several different types of electronic and mechanical locks. I was wary of going with another electronic lock but after an educated discussion I went with a higher quality electronic lock. Avi was very knowledgable and worked quickly. He also was very flexible with my difficult schedule. Now I have a safe that works and doesn't stress me out anymore. read more

The tumbler on my home safe was starting to stick. Other locksmiths recommended Sunshine for working on safes. I figured the service would be cleaning and lubrication. Instead I was advised to change to a digital lock. The repairman had one that fit my safe and quickly installed it at a fair price. It is much easier to operate than the old tumbler and is just as secure. read more

We were just locked out of our house at 9pm on Christmas night, and called Sunshine Lock & Safe hoping for a miracle. We thought it'd be impossible to find a locksmith due to the holiday. Avi answered on the second ring and arrived at our house within 20 minutes. He was able to unlock our keypad lock with a dead battery in under 15 minutes. Not only did he get the job done quickly, but he was friendly, professional, and there were no surprises with the cost. Thanks Avi!! read more

Showed up when he said he would. Locks work well. Speaks English. What more could you want?

Very professional and quickly service！ highly recommended for the safe opening and reprogram

It is refreshing when you get what you were hoping for from a real expert and professional. I had a gun safe that I could not get into. Of course the manufacturer had gone out of business and the support people who had bought the contract to support it were no help. So I called this expert. He came late in the evening on the same day I enquired. He had all the tools and expertise. The price he quoted before coming was the price I paid. The safe is now functional and reprogrammed and not just destroyed as I feared it might be to get inside. Was it cheap? no. Was it worth it? Yes. I would highly recommend! Avi knows his stuff! read more

Answered my call immediately and was able to come to my home that day to fix the safe. Told me what the problem was generally with the type of safe I have and what it would take to fix. I was able to keep keep messing with it and figured out the keypad has a short in it and drained the battery. Getting a new keypad from manufacturer. I appreciate how quick and the great communication they provided. read more

Fantastic service!! They truly specialize in safes. I had an old safe that required a key and manual dial that I had forgotten the combination to. Their prices were significantly less than others, the safe didn't have to be destroyed to open it (unlike other places told me), and someone was at my house the next day. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! read more

Avi was simply great and I would not hesitate to call him again. He came right on time, explained his whole process, and took even less time to do the job than anticipated. He even cleaned up after himself (not that he left any real mess to speak of) but that was a big plus for me - one less thing to do after a very stressful week with lots of anxiety. His prices were very fair and my safe was not rendered useless like I had been led to believe by other services. I could not be happier; follow up with text messages just added to the fantastic service we received. read more

I can't even begin to say how grateful I am to Avi. My father passed away and left me the combination to his dial safe and instructions how to open it. It was such a relief to have something work out during a difficult time. Thank you again! read more

Avi was kind, friendly and professional in helping open a garage for which we had lost the key! reasonable price, quick service.

I had a mechanical safe that I needed cracked and boy was I glad I found this company! After texting a photo of the safe, I was ensured that it could be cracked and offered me a quote. When I finally had some availability, I texted the morning of asking for availability and luckily, he had availability in 3 hours! Showed up, took an hour to crack, repaired, and taught me how to open it for future use. Quick service and fair price. Ive shopped around and others in the area said they could crack it but no guarantees that itll be in working condition afterwards which defeats the purpose as I still needed it to function or else I would have an extremely heavy paperweight. Thanks again for the service! read more

We panicked when we closed large safe doors and we couldn't open it. We tried everything. My landlord told me that door has not been closed for 40 years. I feel very lucky that I found Avi. He came out quickly and approached the job very carefully. He did not want to make the situation worst. About hour in he got the safe door open. He took the time to explain what happened and told us what we can do to avoid this from happening again. Now I understand why Avi has so many 5 star reviews. Thank you!! read more
