So, I used Yelp's virtual assistant to help me find local locksmiths. I got several responses. Out of all the responses, Avi from Sunshine Lock & Safe saved the day by just messaging me instructions on a way to unhook the latch. Thank you, Avi!!! And, yes, I admit I stuffed it last time I had it open, so now that the safe is open, I'm going to make sure it's not stuffed before I lock it this time! I highly recommend Avi from Sunshine Lock & Safe for his customer service and experience with my situation!

AWESOME Service!! My…read moreLiberty safe manual tumbler dial combo stopped working after 14 years and I couldn't open it. I called Liberty Safe and asked what to do. They told me a locksmith with the right tools can drill under the dial, line up the tumblers, open the safe and epoxy the hole up afterward. Not looking forward to the epoxied hole, I called Sunshine Lock & Safe to see if they could open the safe and fix the dial combo problem. Avi the owner said no problem and we set up an appointment. The following day he called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived according to plan. He was able to get into the safe without drilling and upon checking the dial combo parts inside he showed me that one of the tumbler disks was actually falling apart. He offered me the option of replacing the dial lock with an electronic lock which I readily accepted. Avi has a LOT of experience, has done many high end jobs with commercial-level safes and knows his trade extremely well. I was an aerospace engineer for over 40 years and I had a lot of questions while watching him work. He's very personable, doesn't mind talking about his trade and has a vast amount of experience which he didn't mind sharing. Very interesting man and clearly an expert at his trade! Spending just over $300 for Avi's new electronic lock, his effort and quick training on the new lock operation was money WELL spent, when considering spending just over $2000 to replace the old safe including removal & disposal.

I had my heart set on a calacatta quartz and I learned most vendors charge a similar price point per quartz slab. The biggest difference in price was in labor. I decided to go with Tiles Warehouse because Steven gave me the best vibe, the best price on labor, and the quickest turnaround time. Sounds too good to be true, right? Wrong! My beautiful new quartz countertops were installed before I knew it and I was thrilled! Steven and his installers were knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job! I was very happy with the final product! So, naturally, when I needed tile for my kitchen backsplash, I returned to Tiles Warehouse to check out Steven's tile. I showed him what I liked and he found something comparable and even gave me an amazing price on a beautiful, intricate marble herringbone! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of allowing someone with minimal tile experience to install the backsplash and it didn't turn out well. I was crushed. Enter Steven and David to the rescue! Steven came out and looked at my tile and assured me that they could remove the tile and install new tile correctly. Although I was concerned that my expectations were a little bit too high for this intricate marble tile, I decided to reorder the same tile and try again. David and his crew came out removed the old tile and did a beautiful job installing the new tile! I was so worried that I would regret redoing the tile, but my only regret is that I didn't let them do the tile the first time around! If you need tile or countertops, go to Tiles Warehouse and talk to Steven. If you don't have an installer that you're confident in, go and talk to Steven. You won't regret it! I'll definitely be using them for my future bathroom projects!!!
