I found myself locked out of my house due to a malfunctioning electronic lock (which I do NOT recommend) and even though it was past five, Mike responded and said he could be there in 50 minutes. I told him that I would wait at a nearby restaurant and he was courteous enough to text me when he was fifteen minutes out to let me know he was on his way. As my plane descended to Oakland airport, I had the horrible realization that I had not transferred my house keys to my new bag. They were sitting in my old bag in my sister's car back in Michigan. I'm really happy with the service provided by Locks King. Mike came yesterday and replaced the lock cylinder on my front door and rekeyed the lock to my utility closet. He also fixed the part of the door jamb where it meets with the dead bolt lock so it can lock properly. Finally, he fixed my side garage door, so it also hangs and locks properly. I called at 1am in the morning on a Thursday with a stuck key in the deadbolt. This was the first locksmith I saw that was open 24 hours. I had several appointments on Thursday and was leaving Friday for out of town so I was anxious to get it fixed. Mike was very personable, didn't give me a big runaround or condescending lecture. He made several suggestions to see if I could get it out on my own. Since it was not a serious emergency, we agreed that I'd call him at 8am later that morning if I still couldn't get it out. He arrived about 9, took the deadbolt apart, worked his magic, and was able to not only get the old key out, but give me two new ones. Mike's great- easy 5 stars. Our ancient door handle/lock mechanism naturally decided to die on a Sunday, leaving us locked out. We called a few places and Mike was the only one who was not only open Sundays, but he hauled out to us in a timely manner. He needed to troubleshoot a bit due to the -old- that is our door but he was able to get it open & functional/safe- he then returned a couple days later with a hard-to-find part to complete the fix permanently, and it works better than it has in years.
