I have used Tommy's now 3 times. He did an amazing job on our patio door (he fabricated a part in his van!) and he made me a new Camry key. Then he helped me out at my ex's house by installing an additional deadbolt and reinforcing the plate for the existing deadbolt. This man is amazing. First of all, he has stayed in business now for years and you don't do that unless you are darned good at what you do. He is very reliable and communicative. I will never use anyone else so I really hope he doesn't win the lottery anytime soon. He itemizes and estimates well and clearly. Juan went above and beyond replacing a broken door lock that was partially blocked inside a crazy over built homemade garage access door.
