Programming the remote unlock feature worked well enough, but two successive hardware store key duplicators ruined the key blades. Tommy's Locksmith came out and did the job right. Juan went above and beyond replacing a broken door lock that was partially blocked inside a crazy over built homemade garage access door. He cheerfully set about trying to remove it, and spent a lot of time cutting out a circle wide enough to access and remove the old mechanism. Then he offered us deal on also upgrading our main house locks with the super secure, impossible to pick or bump Multi-lock, and came back to install. It was a great value on a security upgrade!
