I cannot express how happy I am with this service. I called and got a quote for making a new smart key. I wasn't clear and there was a little confusion-all my fault. Hassan was not honest with me and scammed me out of over $200. I needed to know if my issue with my trunk not opening was related to the key or to the electrical system of the car. He could have done the diagnostic first to determine that, but instead essentially forced me to accept him making me a new key and as a "bonus" he would do the diagnostic.l afterwards.
