Nathan was a true professional, he responded quickly and was able to give me a reasonable quote for the work done. I was looking for service to get a keypad lock fixed. He wasn't able to come out immediately (Saturday evening!), but sent me directions on how to try a quick fix at home...It worked and undoubtedly saved me money! Great customer service and willingness to help! Thank you!!! read more

Their 5-star reputation is earned. They responded quickly with a quote for rekeying my locks, were easy to schedule for next day, showed up pretty close to on time, and the locksmith was friendly and professional. I'd give 5 stars just for that. The quote was also one of the lowest I got, so the value was high too. On top of that, the locksmith also took initiative and a few extra minutes to grind out my door a bit to make one of my sticky deadbolts much easier to turn, which was truly above and beyond. Thanks! read more

Always call this place for any locksmith needs. Very prompt, great communicator, great service, and quality work!

We had a lock emergency when I tried to open the door to the garage and the door latch was broken! We could not open it!!! I looked on YELP and there was the listing near me. Eco Locksmith. He came in 15 minutes and had to use players to disassemble the mechanism to finally remove it! Thanks Nathan!! And thanks for the easy payment system using Apple Pay. The price was reasonable. Thanks again!!! read more

Super easy to schedule, on-time, great, quick work. And, the best price! Thank you, Nathan!

Nathan came the same day I called to rekey 4 locks. He was prompt and efficient and was able to make extra keys for a small fee (easier than heading out to the hardware store!). I would use him again and recommend him to my friends and family. read more

Nathan came to install 2 Andersen door locks. I tried a number of other locksmiths, and no one else accepted the job since it involved Andersen sliding patio doors. Glad Nathan accepted the job. He was prompt, professional, and quick. I ordered the correct hardware, and one of the doors to be serviced required drilling with precision. All worked out beautifully. Very happy customer. I would highly recommend Nathan. read more

Incredibly quick and reliable. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to change out the locks on their home.

Why all the great reviews? I called about a simple inquiry regarding a stuck combination lock on a fence. After a brief description, I was told "I know nothing." I then called El Sobrante Lock & Key who was not only kind, but also provided me with some simple practical advice that worked. Cannot recommend Eco. They either "know nothing" or just couldn't be bothered. I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews but the difference between the 2 call with very notable. read more

Most efficient and friendly locksmith! I requested a quote for opening 2 public storage locks (because I placed the keys in a very secure place that I forgot where the place is being 5 months pregnant) on Friday (non/emergency). Natan responded right away with a reasonable quote. We met on Monday (he was beyond punctual and arrived early) and got the locks opened in 10 minutes. I would recommend Eco Locksmith to anyone who needs locksmith service! read more

Joining the chorus of 5 Star reviews for Nathan at Eco Locksmith. He is the absolute BEST! We will use Nathan for all of our future locksmith needs. Our front door lock would no longer unlock from inside and our kitchen door lock was also broken (knob was loose and coming off). I contacted Nathan by phone. He answered and he asked me to text him photos of the broken locks. I did and he called me back immediately to set up an appointment for the next morning as I told him it was not an emergency. He arrived right on time, replaced our broken front door lock and repaired the kitchen door lock. He works quickly, he is a true professional, and his rates are reasonable. Plus, he is a wonderful person! Trust me, you want him to help you with all of your locksmith needs. We feel so fortunate to have found Nathan. Highest recommendation possible. Thank you so much, Nathan. read more

We had a security camera contractor on-site at our apt building, and a crucial utility closet was locked. I pinged Eco Locksmith and got a reply in a couple of minutes. The locksmith arrived about 20-30 mins after that. I'm pretty sure they just jumped in the car and drove directly to us. The job was handled in a few minutes and the locksmith accepted card payments through Square. 5 stars for the speed, success, and making payment easy read more

Fast, professional, high-quality work, communicative, and cheap. What more could you ask for?

We needed to get out locks rekeyed in our new home and I went on Yelp to get several quotes. Nathan's service call rate was not the lowest but each of his services is very reasonably priced so we decided to go with him. Nathan showed up on time and was efficient with his work. We were in the midst of unpacking and he only needed a minute of our time to show him what we needed before he got to work independently. We're very satisfied with the quality of his work and the overall price. read more

Eco Locksmith came out quickly and installed a tricky smartlock for us. The unit didn't fit quite right and they were able to adjust that by expanding the lock hole without changing the look of the door. And it was the best price of all those we asked for a quote. Would recommend! read more

Nathan was recommended by another tenant in the building and was quick to respond, arrived on time, friendly and happy to have me look over his shoulder out of my own curiosity as he rekeyed my lock and talked me through the process.
