We needed some locks re-keyed, so I did a quote request on here and Nathan was the first one to respond and also the best price. He came and was super fast with the re-keying and also copied the key for us. He also gave us advice about one of our deadbolts (older but evidently still totally fine) and also about some of the new locks we had installed (next time we can bring new locks to a locksmith to re-key, then install instead of install then re-key). It's good to have a number of a locksmith who can come same day and help you out. He did what he was supposed to do and helped with an odd problem--my toddler somehow locked us in my room with what I thought was a decorative skeleton key, and we had to climb out the (low first-floor with help on the other side) window to get out. He was able to open the door and replaced the old jammed mechanism so that won't happen again. read more

I had a horrible previous night experience where I locked myself out of my apartment door, and in a panic did a quick google search for the nearest open locksmith. This was not Eco Locksmith, and they did a mess of a job and ended up drilling my lock, and leaving me with no bottom door handle lock. I message Eco Locksmith after doing some research late that night, and got a response at 8am the next morning, and within 20 min, he was here, replaced the lock in about another 15. Nathan worked literally 3 hours *non-stop* to resolve a very, very, very tricky stuck-lock situation. I recently moved into a new home and needed the locks re-keyed. Nathan arrived promptly and worked quickly. He made suggestions for improvements like adding a deadbolt to the front door and re-keying the locks so fewer keys would be needed (originally there were three keys and he was able to re-key the locks so I would only need two keys. I know it doesn't sound like much, but reducing any amount of the keys I have on my key ring is wonderful). He was also great about wearing a mask the entire time. read more
