Jack was terrific to work with. He communicated well, was fast and efficient and even had a recommendation for a plumber when our sink backed up while he was here. We had him rekey 8 locks through Fidelity Home Warranty. Thanks for showing up on Boxing Day! read more

Jack did a great job changing our locks for our house. He was super responsive and communicated with us from the initial message to before he left for the job. Very friendly, good pricing -- would recommend. read more

I have used Jack twice. Each time he has exceeded my expectations! Last summer, when I had a difficult housemate move out, I needed all of my locks changed out on a Sunday. Jack was on-time and did a great job -- very affordable and knowledgeable. Last week, I needed a lock fixed. Jack wore his mask appropriately the whole time, used social distancing and fixed my troublesome lock quickly. He was very honest about how much it would cost to replace it. In the past, I used a large, local locksmith company. Jack is much easier to work with and schedule. I also think his rates are more competitive. read more

Jack was excellent! On time, re-key service was quick and easy. Appreciate the quality of service and will use for future projects.

Jack of 24/7 Locksmith Solutions just left, and I can't say that I could be more pleased. He is very nice and responsive, and he did a great job. I called around, and Jack gave me the most reasonable quote over the phone. He set my expectations well by giving me a same-day timeframe, and he called me 20 minutes before arrival. He finished the job without any hiccups. He even helped me put together a component of the door. Talk about going above and beyond. read more

Jack's excellent at his craft, and was both kind and informative along the way. We'd recently moved into a new home and needed multiple doors re-keyed, along with two doors fixed so they opened and closed properly; he did all of it quickly, and explained exactly what he was doing along the way. He also arrived quickly and kept us in the loop of when to expect him. I'd work with Jack again in a heartbeat! read more

Super great experience working with this company. I needed new keys made for my front door. He changed the key too due to me losing the originals. I never though a locksmith situation could be so positive!!!! Jack was absolutely fantastic! Someone took my cart at Costco and my keys were in my bag. I couldn't get into the car with my spare (fob thingy not programmed). It turns out someone had tried to break into my car and bent the tumbler (not sure if that's what it is called). Jack took the lock out and worked on it and finally it unlocked the door. Programmed fobs much cheaper than dealer! Jack was a real sweetheart. Seriously, if you need a locksmith absolutely call Locksmith Solutions! read more

I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service ice I received from Jack. He responded quickly and was on site within a couple of hours on a Saturday to help with a car lockout situation. Within a half hour, he had 2 new keyless fobs cut and programmed getting me up and running again. Thanks Jack! Prices are reasonable, and much cheaper than going to the dealership. He even gave me a spare entry key, on the house. read more

My bike lock malfunctioned on Labor Day and I desperately needed a lock smith to help me free my bike. Good luck finding someone on a holiday! Omer came to the rescue by driving out to Crissy Fields at 10:00 pm in the middle of the dark to handle the situation. Omer was very professional, courteous, and empathetic to my situation, assuring me that I was not the only one who has experienced a malfunctioning bike lock. The lock was handled within 10 mins including the long trek on the beach where my bike was locked. Let me just say Jack was absolutely amazing! Our situation was extremely unique and I was getting either turned down by every locksmith or charged an insane amount. Jack charged less than half of EVERONE I called and said no problem. The job was that my friend thought it was a good idea to use a small Reese lock as an earring until the ex stole the key... Jack laughed at the situation with us and was able to safely saw it off without harming my friend. Thank you Jack! I will NEVER go to another locksmith if I'm in need! I can't stress enough we were turned down by everyone or charged read more

This is maybe the best experience I had with any service ever. First I wasn't sure what you even do when you loose your car key as this never happened to me before!! Basically its as good as dust now like what do I do with a keyless car?!?!? Luckily I googled the situation and realized that a Locksmith can help me without me needing to tow my car anywhere (Amazing I know)! The other locksmith I have contacted couldn't come and fix my door within 3 hours but Jack did. He came and finished the door within 20 minutes.
