Omer from 24/7 Locksmith Solutions did a fantastic job doing the re-keying of our new home plus ADU. We first connected around 4pm, was available, and by 6pm same day he arrived at our doorstep. Our new home has non-standard locks that the first locksmith that we brought on site did not even want to try to service. Omer, who's a super friendly guy, did not blink an eye and immediately got working on them. It turned out to be significantly more complicated to disassemble the locks and put them back together again, but in stead of giving up and passing up on the job, Omer got stuck in and thought it was a good opportunity to learn about new locks. By 10pm, still with a big smile on his face, he had everything assembled for both the main house and the second unit. Real respect for this guy! Solid service and very reasonably priced even though it took him so long. I highly recommend. read more

Omer was efficient, friendly, polite, and reasonably priced for a late night emergency lockout. I cannot recommend him enough.

I cannot recommend this 24/7 locksmith highly enough. I had a 2am emergency (finally found my cat, who had been trapped for 10 hours inside a locked outdoor utility room) and tried several other "24/7" locksmiths who did not pick up the phone. Omer answered the phone immediately, came quickly to my house dressed in his locksmith t-shirt, managed to unlock the door and save my cat (hooray!). He could not have been more courteous or professional, and again, all of this was at 2am. Total pro, highly recommend. read more

I accidentally left my keys inside my apartment last Saturday. When browsing through YouTube and making a makeshift bobby pin lock opener didn't work, I decided to call around for a locksmith. 24/7 was quick to answer and gave me a great rate in comparison to others in the area. My technician came promptly and was able to open my door in less than a minute. He even checked that the lock didn't get damaged. Thanks Jack! read more

Wow! What service. I asked for a quote from 8 places to program an electronic key and cut the physical key for my Toyota. His was the lowest. I spoke to him mid-morning to ask him to come out early afternoon or in the evening. He said he would try to be here by 1:30, but would confirm later. Called at 1:00 to confirm whether 2:00 would work. Showed up 2:00 sharp! Done by 2:15 - a job that others were telling me would take a couple of hours!!! Everything working perfectly. And he is smiling the whole time!!! I'm calling Omer (aka Jack) any time I need a locksmith. Thanks!!! read more

Jack was professional, friendly, and did a great job! Someone broke into our postal lock box, stole the entrance gate key, and then tried to break into our mail boxes. We were anxious to get the gate re-keyed and secured right away. I reached out to several locksmiths and Jack was not only the first to respond but provided a quote and available time as we requested. Other locksmiths wanted to see the job first, quoted a lot higher, were not available soon enough, or didn't even answer our simple questions. We're happy we went with Jack and will definitely call him next time we need a locksmith. read more

Jack had one of the lower bids, but more importantly, he was very responsive and communicative, and was able to schedule me in sooner than any of the other locksmiths.
