Yesterday we were at my brother in law's home on Greenwood. He has had a stroke and hasn't been there for quite sometime and we were there to see what needed to be done. As you can imagine it was an emotional time. Upon trying to enter, we found the lock on the back door wasn't working and we weren't able to enter. Ori is awesome! The keys to my dad's Mercedes Benz GL Class went out randomly. Mercedes quoted him $1K for one replacement key and the service fee to program it to his car. On top of that, it would have taken 2 weeks to deliver that key. I looked around and found Lockology and Ori, who was very understanding and thorough with the process. Our car had to be towed to their office but even with the holidays and circumstances, Ori was very patient and extended his time window today for us considering the time it took to tow the car. We had two keys made, took around three hours due to Mercedes' complicated system but Ori did it! Both key fobs were new, tested, and functioned perfectly. I added pictures of them. Both keys combined were less than the price Mercedes quoted us for just one key. Lockology really saved the day! My elderly mother in law had her purse stolen with both her house key and car keys in it. The dirtbags just opened her car door with her in it and grabbed the purse and took off. Please note this was late Saturday afternoon. I called Lockology and explained the issue they were literally out within the hour. Can you find a locksmith that'll do it cheaper? Probably! But you get what you pay for. A P.O.S. thief destroyed my ignition with a screwdriver trying to hotwire it. Our 2008 Hyundai Elantra was vandalized when there was an attempt to steal the vehicle. The door lock had been damaged by a screwdriver and so we were unable you use the key to lock or unlock the door. I paid over 550 dollars for a new key. The key worked in the locksmiths hand. As soon as I got home it stopped working. It didnt unlock or lock the doors.. I messaged the locksmith and he said he will come the next day. Awesome, I called off work and I messaged him that I was available all day. No response. I decide to go get a new battery and it started working, but he never responded the whole day asking if to come check on it. A month passes by and my buttons stopped working again, and mind you I have put a total of 200 miles on this car since then so not much. Ori came out to site after speaking with their dispatcher they were fairly sure they good copy of the key. This was a FOB from a rental. The tech was unable to duplicate the key without having to order it for another three days. He suggested I call the car rental company, which I was reluctant to do, turns out the cost of replacing one key with the rental company was half the price it would've cost me with this amazing company. I noticed how timely, intelligent, and efficient and they were. On top of it I wasn't calling one guy in one van. I'm sure the guys are great and would not like me for saying this but I'd much rather call this company that has a lot more experience (triple the experience by having at least 3 techs).
