When it gets pressed, we will get locked out. Luckily, this time our daughter was home and was able to let us in through the back door. I gave Yoni a call at 9:30pm on a Wednesday evening. Yoni answered and first tried to talk me through how to open the door myself so I could save some money. Unfortunately that didn't work. So Yoni came out in 30 minutes and started working from the outside. After about 5 minutes he asked to come in. From the inside he was able to open it up in minutes. Hire Yoni - someone who knows what he's doing! The handle on the front door of our condo kept falling off. We hired two different people. Neither could fix the problem nor offer any solution. I decided to purchase a new lock and then call a proper locksmith to install it. I called Yoni, and he asked me to send a photo of the lock I purchased. He kindly told me that the lock I bought would not work. We made an appointment for the same day so he could try to fix my door handle without buying a new lock. Alas, he pointed out that the threads on the old handle were stripped. He told me exactly what kind of lock to buy. I searched eBay and sent him pictures of what I found. He confirmed it would work. 11/10 recommend Yoni! He was very timely with his responsives. From the moment I called him to when he arrived and opened my door, it took a total of 30min or less. I've had another locksmith experience at my same apartment before, but it ended with my door damaged and lock broken. This did not happen with Yoni!!!
