Here's a 5 star review so Yoni can keep his perfect score streak alive. Impressive. We have an ancient door with a switch on the edge that stops the knob from turning. When it gets pressed, we will get locked out. Luckily, this time our daughter was home and was able to let us in through the back door. I gave Yoni a call at 9:30pm on a Wednesday evening. Yoni answered and first tried to talk me through how to open the door myself so I could save some money. Unfortunately that didn't work. So Yoni came out in 30 minutes and started working from the outside. After about 5 minutes he asked to come in. From the inside he was able to open it up in minutes. He charged a total of $100 including his travel fee. read more

I had an amazing experience with Yoni. I accidentally locked myself out and he responded quickly, arrived fast, and got the door open without damaging anything. He was professional, calm, honest about pricing, and much more reasonably priced than some of the other locksmith quotes I received. Getting locked out is stressful enough, but he made the whole situation smooth and easy. Really appreciated the kindness and efficiency. If you ever need a locksmith, call him. Good, kind, honest, trustworthy people deserve to be recognized, and Yoni is one of them. Highly recommend. read more

Hire Yoni - someone who knows what he's doing! The handle on the front door of our condo kept falling off. We hired two different people. Neither could fix the problem nor offer any solution. I decided to purchase a new lock and then call a proper locksmith to install it. I called Yoni, and he asked me to send a photo of the lock I purchased. He kindly told me that the lock I bought would not work. We made an appointment for the same day so he could try to fix my door handle without buying a new lock. Alas, he pointed out that the threads on the old handle were stripped. He told me exactly what kind of lock to buy. I searched eBay and sent him pictures of what I found. He confirmed it would work. When the lock arrived, he came the next day and installed it. Success! The whole experience was very positive. It is a pleasure to work with someone so helpful and kind. :) read more

I recently used Yoni's service after I got locked out of my apartment. He is very responsive, professional, and he genuinely enjoys the work that he does. His prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend him for your locksmith needs. read more

Yoni was great! Saved my life when I had an issue unlocking my door because of a safety device. Booked him to change out the locks and make and consolidate to just one key. Thank you, Yoni! read more

15 out of 10 stars for Yoni! I locked myself out of my apartment and didn't (yet) have a spare key. After calling a few other locksmiths, all who were booked, the last referred me to Yoni and I'm so glad he did. Yoni picked up my call right away, came in 30 minutes, and took 2 minutes to get me back into my place. All that and his price was WAY less than what I've paid for a locksmith in the past, especially for a last minute rush job. And he's a such a nice guy! Would def recommend him to anyone, and already have! read more

I reached out to Yoni on Yelp for some locks that I needed to be rekeyed at my shop. The locks are not your standard style so I provided him the information about them and he knew exactly what they were and he even accommodated my very busy schedule. He arrived promptly and went to work. He ran into some issues that cost more but he was transparent and discussed the issue with me before proceeding. I have had a lot of experiences with locksmiths over the years but Yoni is by far the best. He did great work, was communicative and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend. read more

Amazing customer service. Best locksmith ever . I've dealt with many locksmiths in my life who are cunning, overcharge, take a long time to get there. Yoni quoted me a 20 minute window and was at my door in like 15 mins. He was so professional over the phone. Very kind. Patient. Funny. Just a great professional. He literally unlocked my door in like 5 mins top. Super reasonable price as compared to other bay area locksmiths. I hope I never need him again but if I do , he's on speed dial ! read more

Yoni was amazing, he was the only lock smith that answered the phone late on a Saturday night. He was very professional and attentive to detail, he was able to get us back into our home within minutes. I highly recommend him. read more

Got locked out of my house (smart lock plus regular handle with lock) and immediately contacted Yoni. He answered and said he'd be on his way in ~30 mins. Once he got here he got straight to work and quickly opened my door! Other spots were quoting me $250 and longer wait times but Yoni was the only one that said he'd be right over plus for $90 it was a great deal. Real professional and even suggested to help change the handle to one without a lock to prevent this in the future! read more

Yoni has shown up in a pinch for me 3 times and always has been thorough, prompt and super kind. Five stars!

Fast and reliable. We appreciated that the pricing was so reasonable. We had to get into our house asap but were locked out, Yoni helped us right away. read more

10/10 and if I could give 12 stars, I would. Yoni 1) Answers his phone (instead of letting it go to voicemail and delaying the process) 2) Yoni is professional, kind, polite & listens to what his customer needs 3) Completed the job exactly at the hour & timeframe he projected and went above and beyond to help me. 4) I can understand why his customers are all giving 5 star reviews and saying they will always refer Yoni to other clients 5) Will never have to hire another locksmith Finally this business and the way you will be treated may re-instill your faith in a one-person small business. Purchased the hardware for me at Home Depot and still arrived punctually. Responded to every detail, all the while letting me know he cares about his Gold Standard service level. read more

Professional, timely, and great to work with. Highly recommend when you are in a bind.

Yoni is great! He can get you taken care of at any time of day. I highly recommend, he's quick and efficient.

Yoni was the only locksmith I called on Sunday who answered the phone. I sent him pictures of the work I needed, and we set a date and time for him to repair the door plate. First, he showed up on time. He introduced himself and was friendly. I walked him to the door that needed repairs, and he got straight to work. Yoni completed the work in record time for a more than reasonable price. The work was perfectly completed. When I need a locksmith again, Yoni will be my first call. read more

Came promptly and fixed my issue. He was so thorough and polite, explaining every step of the process. I actually had him install a deadbolt as well and he did a fabulous job. I feel safe. Great service, responsive, clean, affordable and friendly. Definitely will use again.

Yoni saved the day! Visiting parents accidentally locked the bathroom door from the inside and with a full (tiny) house, that second bathroom was desperately needed. After 3 hours of trying to open the door, we reached out to Yoni around 10pm. He gave an ETA of midnight, arrived early, was able to unlock the door without causing any damage (and within a few minutes!), and charged a very fair price. Plus, he is a really nice guy! Thank you, Yoni! read more

Yoni was excellent. I asked him to replace five locks when I moved back into my house. He suggested that it would be most cost efficient to rekey the locks instead. He could have tried to upcharge me but he provided the advice that worked best for my situation. He was prompt and meticulous in ensuring each lock was working and made minor adjustments after the initial keying to make sure they worked correctly. I would use Yoni again or recommend him without hesistation read more

I just had Yoni come out to my house to fix an old gate lock with several problems. I was able to reach him immediately (which is very rare these days), he worked around my schedule, and he came out on time! The repair turned out to be much more complex than we originally thought due to wear and tear of the old gate lock, but he was able to repair in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. There's no doubt who I'm going to call going forward for all of my future locksmith jobs! read more

Called Yoni in the late afternoon after calling 4 other locksmiths who said they were closing up for the day. My front door lock had a lose screw that had jammed the door shut. I couldn't open it anymore. He was able to come out within 2 hours and fix the issue. He was remarkably cheap as well. Very nice and courteous man - always a plus! read more

My neighbor locked herself out of the house at 6pm. I called Yoni and was there in 15 minutes!

I needed quotes to get an interior door picked. Yoni was super responsive, professional, and offers fair pricing!

I needed 2 locks re-keyed. Yoni was very responsive/communicative, was able to help me the same day, and completed the job really quickly. He also kindly helped me fix a door that wasn't closing properly. I'm always so happy to find locally-owned businesses that do a great job, and I highly recommend this one. Thanks, Yoni! read more

Locked out on a weekend, he answered his phone, offered a good price, came right away as he said. I wondered why his business name is "Yoni." Turns out he's originally Etriean and the Yoni is a goddess representing creative power, which is how the term yoni came about. I loved that he gave himself that name and held it proudly. He had clear present attention and got things done. read more

Gave Yoni a call and he was at our house in 15 minutes. Maybe even less. He was polite and fast. All done in probably 30 mins or less from making the phone call. read more

Great service. Very responsive, friendly, and professional with fair and transparent pricing after you describe the issue. We were having problems with our front door locking mechanism sticking (not a lockout per se), and after a few unsuccessful attempts to fix it myself, I figured it was time for professional help. Yoni was very thorough in diagnosing our unusual lock (the problem was a broken-but-not-yet-completely-functionless part), offering advice, and coming to a solution. Definitely recommend and would use again for any locksmithing needs! read more

Yoni was fantastic. Squeezed me in at the end of the day (same day) for an emergency repair. Was thoughtful, conscientious and fixed the problem easily. He quoted me a reasonable fee ($50) to come assess the problem and the full charge was totally fair. Thank you Yoni! Highly recommend! read more

11/10 recommend Yoni! He was very timely with his responsives. From the moment I called him to when he arrived and opened my door, it took a total of 30min or less. I've had another locksmith experience at my same apartment before, but it ended with my door damaged and lock broken. This did not happen with Yoni!!! Yoni knew exactly what he was doing and did not leave any damages at all. He also had a great customer service and positive attitude even though my request was late at night. I will be sure to keep his business card for any future incidents. read more

Excellent service all around and super fast! Much appreciated for the swift and effective service.
