When you call locksmiths to see who can come, it's an emergency and only he answers. After getting pizza and buckling our son up, my husband closed the door then noticed our son had the keys! My stomach dropped when I tried to open the door and it was locked! We immediately started calling around and I was just shy of breaking my window until he answers and says he can come in 15 mins! It's a cool night, we were right there with our son in the parking garage, but I was seriously losing it, he was sitting calmly, playing with the keys.... The locksmith came right away and opened our door, when so many other locksmiths said they can't come out. Why did you answer then? I told him my frustration (sorry I can't remember his name...it just happened a few hours ago) and he said many don't think it was worth their time but he was happy to help...thank you for being a caring human being and saved my bacon. Locked myself out of my house one morning as I rushed out the door with a toddler and 7 year old. Went on yelp and searched for a locksmith to help me get back inside as soon as possible. I had a few quotes but Eco Locksmith was one of the first few to respond to my yelp message quickly, offer the most reasonable quote (despite it being kind of a last minute emergency) and was able to meet me within 30 minutes of my first message. Which, as a mom, stuck outside, in the middle of a hot day, with two kids and a long to-do list for the day was a blessing!!!!!! We knew it could happen and it did. A glass door that we never lock (because we didn't have keys and it's internal to the home) was inadvertently locked by our neighbors and house sitter in a good faith effort to protect and safeguard our home while we were away on vacation. After a long 12 hour flight from overseas and so thankful to be back at home, we open the exterior door and the problem was immediately apparent - we only had access to the entry foyer... We had a broken lock - deadbolt stuck in the lock itself. Called a recommended locksmith and was told "well you just need to replace it yourself and then we can rekey it for you". EXCELLENT service! I was in a pinch and needed 4 new locks on our property (one of which was a bit complex) within 2 days. I called Eco Locksmith (Nathan) and he was able to fit me in. He was on time, fast, efficient and tidy (not one speck of sawdust from the door he had to drill out to create a new knob and lock). He even had extra locks available for us to choose from as we had forgotten to pick up an extra one earlier. Everything works beautifully and we are quite pleased. I called Eco locksmith because my deadbolt was jammed and I couldn't lock my back door. The owner came over within 2 hours And replace the deadbolt, including drilling a bigger hole to fit the modern deadbolt. He was personable and I am very satisfied with the service. read more

We were in such a nightmarish situation, locked out of our bedroom that had all of our things in it with no key, and he responded to my request on Yelp within 5 minutes. 5 stars. Fast service. Had a door lock fail 'closed' which meant even with the door unlocked and door knobs removed the latch wouldn't retract. I called Eco Locksmith and described true problem and he knew exactly what was wrong told me he could be there in about an hour.
