I had a gnarly problem with a non-standard double-cylinder deadbolt on a security gate, and he came out promptly -- in the pouring rain -- and worked diligently to determine and resolve the issue. He replaced only the necessary parts rather than the whole thing, which saved me about 50%. (And he charged a lower base fee than a competing locksmith.) Great experience. I was in urgent need of a lock change to my house because my purse with my house key and drivers license were stolen that day. It had been a difficult day as the robbery also involved breaking into my car and pointing a gun at me, so I was feeling vulnerable and scared. He answered my call right away, said he could come that evening, and it was all set.
