I keep forgetting to write a review for these guys. What a team! I needed a quick lock change after someone moved out of my dads house that was not trustworthy. They responded professionally and quickly to my request for quote. Fair price, genuinely responsive, quality job, the best customer service from start to finish. I recommend these guys in a heart beat! read more

Guy showed within 30 minutes and opened the car in less in 2 min. Super fast, nice and mindful to the pandemic and wore his mask. Thanks so much! Highly recommend. Rate was affordable and fair to both customer and business. read more

It's already the second time my girlfriend calls me to say she locked herself outside our apartment. This time I called Eco Locksmith that I found on Yelp. Nathan was there in 15 min (unlike the previous locksmith that took an hour to get there), and charged half the price we previously paid! Well-deserved 5 stars! read more

Answered right away, promised to show up in 20 mins and he did! $150 for a response on a Friday night, deal.

I Usually don't write reviews but was very impressed with Nathan and the work he did for me so decided others should know of his business. I had to change all the locks in my house so I called several locksmiths to get a cost estimate. Nathan gave me a reasonable offer and did a wonderful job replacing all my locks! The minute I met him I could tell right away that he is an honest man and I felt comfortable trusting him with my locks. I highly recommend his great service! read more

Saturday morning. Bay Alarm had already called me and the police because of an unauthorized entry into the building where I volunteer with a non-profit theatre company, handling administrative tasks. I rushed over. Looking at the back door, I saw the the lock was broken. A fairly old lock, maybe 60 years or more. I had only two hours until the first of two shows to be presented by a local theater company; almost 400 ticket holders on their way. The door had to open properly because it is an emergency exit, and it also had to fully close and lock. I looked at reviews on Yelp. I saw the reviews for Eco Locksmith, and gave them a call. Nathan, the owner, answered on the first ring. We talked about the door, the type of lock, and then he said he'd be there in 10-15 minutes. He arrived right on time. He had all of the needed equipment and supplies with him. He quickly assessed the situation, offered 3 reasonably-priced options, and got to work. He cleanly drilled the door to install the new lock I had chosen. The work was meticulous! He finished in time for "the show to go on"! A great price and service on a rush basis on a Saturday morning. Professional, personable, and prompt! He takes credit cards; and even did the work for less than his initial estimate. The best locksmith I've used in 20+ years in the Bay Area, home or business. Highly recommended!! read more

Excellent service! Very prompt and helpful on short notice.

My wife locked herself out of the house when I was out of town at a meeting. Her cell phone was locked inside, so she used a neighbors phone to ask me to find a locksmith. Based on Nathan's 5 star reviews, I called him at 8:30 AM, he arrived at our house 15 min later, and had her in the house in about 5 min. Nathan was super friendly, cheaper than other locksmiths, and very professional. I hope I don't need a locksmith again, but if I ever do, I won't hesitate to call Nathan for the job. read more

Nathan was communicative, prompt, and friendly. He even did a little unasked for fixing of how smoothly our locks worked when he rekeyed.

First rate locksmith! He fixed a job that was done poorly by someone previously. He was punctual, communicative, focused on getting the job done right, cleanly and professional. I called Nathan in the evening and he was able to meet me at a rental property within a short time frame. The antique Mortis lock had become stuck and the door could not open to the bathroom. Nathan was able to fix the issue, replace it with a comparable part he had in his truck and left the work site clean and orderly. He was professional and charged a reasonable rate for the excellent service. I'm glad to have his contact and will certainly call him next time I need locksmithing. read more

Contacted Nathan and got an appt that very day (non urgent accidental locking of a really difficult special key fit of a filing cabinet). He offered to show up when I got off work-8pm on a Friday evening...and was on time! Commitment right there. Job well done and only took 15mins. Felt safe. Highly recommend. read more

Nathan is really amazing! I am so very thankful. My garage doors stopped working and by mistake I left inside them the only remote that could control them. I was stressed because I needed my car for something important. It looked like an impossible task to open them from the outside when there was nothing on the outside to start from. Nathan responded to my call right away and came right away. He is incredibly handy and managed to use his tools to unlock the door's engine which was deep inside the garage through a crevice. This is the second time this happens to me and every time he came and solved the issue very fast. He is also changing the mechanical lock for the door so I have a backup and I don't run into this problem any more. I am very thankful! Prompt, quality service. I highly recommend Nathan and his company. read more

We were having problems with our lock/keys. I called and got an immediate response. The locksmith (so sorry I don't know his name!) made a same day appointment and came on time. Got to us quickly, even with the inclement weather. He was kind and friendly, and got us back in our apartment with ease. Best of all, the price was considerably better than the two services my boyfriend's phone tried to direct him to. So glad we kept checking! I have to echo another reviewer and say that while we hope to not need this kind of service again, if we do, we now know exactly who to call! read more
