We had two smart key fobs stolen and urgently needed replacements as well as these key fobs being erased from our cars' computer. We called the dealership. They said they would happily replace and reprogram our fobs for about $1,800 ( replace and program two and reprogram the two we still had). Oh yeah, they also said that they couldn't remove the stolen fobs from our car' computers. So the bad guys could still get in the cars, but "they wouldn't be able to start them." And, we'd have to wait 2 or 3 days. I contacted Key Guard late Friday night. I got a response immediately. We spoke in the morning and they explained that yes, they could erase the stolen key fobs from our cars' computer, provide replacement fobs, and reprogram the old fob's for $500. And, they could do it that afternoon. They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and went to work. He even pulled me over to show me when he deleted the stolen fobs.
