I appreciated that communication was prompt and clear in pricing and availability in Yelp. Other companies were wanting me to just call them. Mobariz was kind and did a great job in replacing several deadbolt and door knob pins plus cutting keys for us. He also sent me a text of the video to watch to set up the programming so I can do that privately. Payment was completed via Zelle to avoid extra charges with a card, but that option is available if you need it. read more

Had a new key made for me with a functioning remote in less than 20 minutes for LESS than the initial quote. On top of that, he was able to fix my old key at no additional cost. Very strong work! I thought for sure my old car key was a goner! Very friendly guy, no haggling, no long spiel about other services they offer. You tell 'em what you need done and it'll be done quickly! Key Guard Locksmith - Brand new car key - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Concord, California

Best service he was fast and efficient. He can meet you or you can meet him. Solid service

We had two smart key fobs stolen and urgently needed replacements as well as these key fobs being erased from our cars' computer. We called the dealership. They said they would happily replace and reprogram our fobs for about $1,800 ( replace and program two and reprogram the two we still had). Oh yeah, they also said that they couldn't remove the stolen fobs from our car' computers. So the bad guys could still get in the cars, but "they wouldn't be able to start them." And, we'd have to wait 2 or 3 days. I contacted Key Guard late Friday night. I got a response immediately. We spoke in the morning and they explained that yes, they could erase the stolen key fobs from our cars' computer, provide replacement fobs, and reprogram the old fob's for $500. And, they could do it that afternoon. They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and went to work. He even pulled me over to show me when he deleted the stolen fobs. All I can say is Wow and Thank you! Key Guard was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. And, they saved me at least $1,300! While I hope you don't end up in this situation, I highly recommend Key Guard read more

My new go-to locksmith. Great friendly service, communication was fast and clear, great prices.

If you need a mobile locksmith this Key Guard is the obvious choice, especially if youre in the Tri-Valley area. He's reasonably and fairly priced, i called pretty much all locksmiths in the Dublin/Pleasanton/Livermore area and even San Ramon, and I swear they jack up their prices cause of the area, but to be at a $50+ premium no way. Key guard was great, he was responsive on yelp and text, told me when he would arrive and was on time and like i said totally reasonable. He was also very nice and professional. Very respectful of my property, and even told me that changing a lock on some things wasn't worth it since it seemed disabled anyway. I'm gonna bookmark this guy for next time. Thank you! read more

I can't say enough good things about KeyGuard Locksmith! From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly attentive and responsive--they even came to my house the same day to take care of my key fob issue. Not only did they provide me with a brand-new key fob and programming for WAY below competitors' prices, but Mo also went above and beyond by gifting me an extra door-only key--a lifesaver in case of a future lockout. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care is rare these days! If you need a locksmith, go with Mo and KeyGuard. You won't be disappointed. Friendly, timely, professional, and dedicated to customer satisfaction--they truly set the bar high. Highly recommended! read more

I didn't go with key guard locksmith only because I talked with another locksmith first and he could come a little earlier so I ended up using them. But I still wanted to give key guard locksmith a shoutout. I texted with I guy name Mo and he was very prompt getting back to me immediately every time. Also without any haggling he gave me the best quote to duplicate my key fob. I was short on time so when the first locksmith I talked to matched Mo's quote I just went with him. I texted Mo back only a hour away from our appointment to cancel and he was totally professional and just saying "no problem ". Btw Mo was 60 dollars cheaper than the locksmith I went with until he matched the quote . I wish I had more time today because I would have went with Mo and key guard locksmith out of principle. If I were you I would check with them before I make a decision. read more
