They saved me $800 on new locks through a fix that helped my existing smart locks work. One smart lock I had never "knew" it was locked because the bolt didn't go far enough into the doorframe. But the other side was backed by metal. No way was I going to attempt to drill through the metal, and I was worried anyone else's attempts would look ugly. But they did a fantastic job! Found Tommy's Locksmith on Yelp. Used the request a quote feature to contact. Received a message back very quickly with some information regarding pricing estimates and scheduling. Chose to proceed with Tommy's based on the communication and feedback, although pricing was a little higher than what a couple other providers quoted me. Two days later, Juan, the tech/locksmith, called and texted me in the morning to confirm arrival time. When I wasn't able to answer the call, they called two more times to ensure the arrival time would work. Juan arrived, wearing a mask, was super courteous and took the time to inspect each entry that required work.
