I needed to re-key a house in the Bay Area. I reached out through Yelp to multiple locksmith companies. Every one told me not only a different price but a different way of billing. I cannot give a higher rating than 5 stars or else I would. When I originally called with my problem, the man answering the phone said to send a picture and he would try to walk me through fixing it on the phone and save the expense of a home visit. He could not resolve it on the phone so he scheduled an appointment for the same day. Ethan came and not only fixed the problem but he offered to do additional things to use up the time in the additional minimum allotment that they have for a house call. He rekeyed another lock and offered to go around the house and cottage and lubricate the door hinges to eliminate squeaks that we had go used to and did not notice. He also replaced several keys that were duplicates of the original keys that were bad copies with much better replacement keys.
