Overall very smooth experience. - suggested a good smart lock - installed & rekeyed with minimal oversight - helped adjust a few doors and locks so that they'd close easily - recommended appropriate improvements via handyman - on time arrival for appointment - upfront exact rates, slightly pricey but worth it for the convenience 2 things that would've made it above and beyond - the door colors are messed up because the older lock covered more of the door and I need to put on some paint on it to make it look better. Reasonable because they didn't know it upfront but would've loved it they'd just left me with the exact colors. - a through hole in the door from the previous lock that I need to a handyman to fill it up. read more
