* Udi and his uzi (drill) returned and quickly replaced our door levers/handles as promised! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Having just purchased a single-family residential dwelling in the East Bay, the wife and I knew we needed to change our locks ASAP. We had already set up ADT Pulse with shock wireless sensors and motion detection, but we wanted another level of security and comfort. The wife was the one that found Udi and Quick Key Locksmith and after reading all the glowing reviews on Yelp I was sold. I called Udi and arranged an appointment for him to come by to change our locks. Despite his busy schedule, we were able to have Udi come by within a week. This guy really lives up to his business name. He replaced our front door and our garage-to-kitchen door with two Schlage touch deadbolt locks. The wife decided to use keypad locks since I always seem to misplace my keys. Moreover, Udi moved one of the replaced deadbolts to our side garage door and he fixed one of our sliding doors for no additional charge. Also, he offered to return free-of-charge to replace our front door lever if we ever purchased one on Amazon. Honestly, I am glad that we had Udi install the locks because our doors are solid wood and one of them even has a metal frame. There was no way that I could have done what Udi did with my shitty ass Ryobi drill. Thank goodness Udi uses Makita drills that sound like uzis... Udi's uzis. He is prompt at returning calls, always on time, always courteous and professional, and always texts when on his way (this is especially important when he works at my daughter's condo, and she is away at work. My front door lock stopped working. Not a problem unless I wanted to leave the house. I called Ethan at Quick Key Locksmith. First question he asked: "is this an emergency?", so he could prioritize it into his schedule. I explained my problem. He set up an appointment for that morning. He texted before he got to my house to let me he was on his way.
