Review for a weekday May 2023: - was house sitting for a friend and the copy of the key she made wasn't tested in the lock before she left - the copy of the key didn't work, ugh - also had dogs that needed to be let out of the house - called Nathan and he answered right away, showed up at the time he said he would (within an hour) - his magic touch knew what to do and he got the door unlocked, even with the messed up key! - he gave me a few options of what we can do with the lock and we rekeyed it (was super quick). We had already set up ADT Pulse with shock wireless sensors and motion detection, but we wanted another level of security and comfort. The wife was the one that found Udi and Quick Key Locksmith and after reading all the glowing reviews on Yelp I was sold. I called Udi and arranged an appointment for him to come by to change our locks. Despite his busy schedule, we were able to have Udi come by within a week. This guy really lives up to his business name. He replaced our front door and our garage-to-kitchen door with two Schlage touch deadbolt locks. The wife decided to use keypad locks since I always seem to misplace my keys. Moreover, Udi moved one of the replaced deadbolts to our side garage door and he fixed one of our sliding doors for no additional charge. Also, he offered to return free-of-charge to replace our front door lever if we ever purchased one on Amazon. Honestly, I am glad that we had Udi install the locks because our doors are solid wood and one of them even has a metal frame. There was no way that I could have done what Udi did with my shitty ass Ryobi drill. Thank goodness Udi uses Makita drills that sound like uzis... Udi's uzis. First question he asked: "is this an emergency?", so he could prioritize it into his schedule. I explained my problem. He set up an appointment for that morning. I recently decided to replace the lock on my front door. The lady that cleans my place had a key but told me that she needed another key because someone broke into her car and stole the keys for her customers. The good thing was that there was no identification on the individual keys. Someone close to me had just installed a Schlage lock that was electronic. One could give different codes to different people who needed to get in. I purchased one and tried to install it and had difficulty (I missed a step as it turns out). I realized that I needed help.
