Moreover, he refurnished and repainted to portion of our front door (inside and outside) that had been altered by his work. I highly recommend Zee to anyone in need of a fine craftsman. read more

Zee was awesome -- super responsive, quoted me a great price, was very friendly and professional, and clearly had very good knowledge. He re-keyed 6 locks in our house including one without an existing key, two smart locks with keypads, and two very old deadbolts all in under 2 hours. We'll definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to friends. read more

A One came to the rescue on a Saturday night! Quick, responsive, and friendly. We will call again for any of our locksmith needs.

I waited a few months before writing the review to see how the repair to the front door lock held up and I am happy to report that the fix worked great and is continuing to hold up. Zee was available with a same day appointment to fix our front door lock. Our front door lock set is original to the house and quite old and he was able to repair it instead of forcing us to install a new model. We really appreciated his desire to ensure we knew what he was doing to fix the issue and how we can change the way we open the door to ensure his fix will last as long as possible. Highly recommended! read more

I got locked out because my latch app lock ran out of battery. Zee came on very short notice (within the hour) to help me get back into my apartment. a few months later, a homeless person stole my belongings from the back of my friend's truck, which includes my mail key. Got rescued again by Zee very quickly within an hour of messaging on Yelp. Hopefully I won't lose my keys again, but probably will happen knowing my luck, in which case I'll call here again read more

Quick and easy. Extremely responsive and a fair price compared to other quotes that were received. Would use again

I highly HIGHLY recommend A One Locksmith Company! I needed my house locks rekeyed and asked for a quote from multiple locksmiths on Yelp. Zee, the owner, was the first one to respond and I waited for other quotes to come in. I decided to go with him since he had the most affordable price. Not only was Zee very responsive but also friendly and accommodating. He was able to come right away (evening). He let me know his ETA and while he was stuck in traffic, he was updating me with his status. He was also very fast in rekeying the locks. I laughed at how quickly he was able to undo/remove and put back the door knobs, etc. It normally takes me forever when I change them. Last but not the least, he was very professional. He also followed COVID protocols by wearing a mask at all times. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Zee's professionalism! I HIGHLY recommend him. You won't regret it and you'll be happy to be supporting a small business! read more

Great customer service and communication. Quickly and effectively repaired our broken lock with quality parts! Highly recommended!

I had the most amazing experience with A One Locksmith Company. I reached out late evening Friday night and Zee replied so quickly, we spoke on the phone and he was able to give me an estimate based on my desired lock repairs and we scheduled to meet between 9am and 12pm the following day. He was punctual and professional with kN95 masking. As he began completing the work on the 6 locks, it turned out I had more faulty locks than I expected. He was very thorough, showed me the issues and explained why he recommended a different action plan than what I originally wanted, and it made absolute sense. In the end, he changed 8 locks for me, replaced 5 new ones and rekeyed them all for reduced key carrying AND he provided me with a wonderful discount which I greatly appreciated. More than anything, he went above and beyond to make sure he'd done a great job. Ran me through the keys at least twice (busy mom life), provided me with spare keys for my entire family (5 sets total) and was extremely flexible with add-on work which I appreciated completely. Highly, highly recommend. Will add on new lock pics later to show the mid-level selection. Thank you Zee! read more

Zee was methodical in assisting us with installing new locks, centralizing the keys, aligning the doors, and even installing a new closet rod! Moving into a new home is definitely stressful but Zee is a professional and assisted in bringing order to chaos, very quickly. I would recommend Zee to anyone I know as he does fast/fair/high-quality work. It's always good to know a good locksmith and he can also do way more than locks... just ask him if you require handyman services :) read more

Timely, efficient, and thoughtful about our specific situation. I feel lucky to have hired, and would go with him again for any future use.

Zee was really pleasant to work with. He was cordial, professional, punctual and communicative. With this being my very first Smart Lock installation, I felt very safe and comfortable knowing that Zee had installed many of them. I spent hours researching various brands and models and luckily the one I chose on my own, is one that he actually keeps in stock in-house. After installation was complete, Zee was patient to walk me through how the basics work. His rates were also very competitive and reasonable. Luckily no cost overruns from the budgeted or quoted amount for me. I will certainly hire Zee again for my next jobs for all my properties! read more

Zee was helpful and thoughtful in explaining my options to replace an old entry, latch and lock. He really took the time to go over the details with me over text and on the phone. He made himself available on super short notice (same day!) and really took the time to make sure the installation was solid and reliable. He filled in the old door opening and drilled out a plate to make the latch much more secure than it was before. We now have a new latch and deadbolt set all keyed to the original key. It really works great. Thanks you, Zee! read more
