He arrived in the evening with his colleague, and they quickly and explained what they would do, what the pros and cons were of various additional services (e.g., installing additional spool pins to make it harder to pick the lock). Once we agreed on the plan, they did the work very quickly and at high quality. One of my door locks is a little tricky (when my contractor originally installed it, it was a little bit off and the lock wasn't smooth). Vsevolod (Simon) really saved me this past week. My front door knob came off and was hanging loose, and I couldn't leave or enter my place until the knob was put back in. After giving me an estimate, Simon arrived within 30 minutes. He went right to work on reinstalling the knob back onto the door, and also fixed something that previous locksmiths had missed-the lock didn't latch well when the door shuts because the extender was too short, so Simon installed a longer one.
