Recently the door latch on our front door stopped retracting even when turning the knob. As a result, we couldn't get the front door open and had to call Friendly Locksmith and Security. They came within 20min, were able to get the door open and diagnosed that the entire latch assembly had to be replaced. Because we had a very specific design on our exterior door handle, we didn't want to just replace it with any random knob.
