I enlisted Serhii's services when I needed a new smart key for my son's car, which was impounded. Serhii I and I met at the SF impound lot at 7 pm, only to discover that the car was at a lot in Daly City. Without as much as an eyeroll or sigh, Serhii said, "Okay, let's go there." When we got to the Daly City lot, Serhii set off to create the smart key. Not so fast! One more curve ball was in store--the car's battery was dead.
