More solid, new locks
Sue K.

Thank you, Ygal for your fast, friendly, and expert service! I requested a quote via Yelp and only United Locksmith replied quickly and with a fair quote. He is a great communicator and scheduled to come as soon as possible. He assessed my current lock and suggested a better, more secure one without changing the look of it. I am currently the President of my HOA and will be keeping his company on hand to recommend to our property manager and condo unit owners. Thank you!!

The vintage front door lock needed replacement
Robert B.

United responded immediately and skillfully replaced and in one instance upgraded the locks on our 1910-vintage house. The total bill was more than reasonable. Highly recommend this team.

3 keys. Igal finishing packing up.

Came on time and when the fix was easier than expected charged me less than the initial quote. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with a lock and they told me to put WD40 on it. Absolute clowns. Call literally anyone else.

He is…read moreunprofessional, a liar, and lacks the ability to communicate or understand what is communicated to him. His techs, who I don't have an issue with, failed to download a software on to my new work computer months ago and said they'd come back. They didn't. I followed up, they didn't reschedule, and I didn't press on them because the software was still on my old work computer, which I actively used while waiting for them to let me know when they'd come back. I no longer have access to that program on my old work computer as of Friday 7/10. Since it was close to the end of day (and I was out on Monday 7/13) I reported this to them on the morning of Tuesday 7/14. To this day, his techs haven't resolved this. They don't have the appropriate server information (which they should have..it's their own system) so they can't download it on to my new work computer or get me access to my old comp's software program. Since 7/13, I have had 3 requests to program FOBS. Today Jimmy told me he can have his office program them for us, but would charge us a fee, even though their office incurs no charges to perform this, because he claims that I could have programmed them before the system went down. Wtf??? I have no idea where he came up with that wildly inaccurate assumption, since the requests to program fobs came in AFTER the system went down. I do not want to get charged a fee to do something that takes seconds to do. And if he is justifying the charge because of some made up assumption he had, then absolutely NO we should not get charged for this. I'm happy to wait until they resolve this issue and get the system downloaded on to my computer. At this point, I am not confident they can as they have failed to offer any options or insight as to when I can expect this to get resolved. This is a proprietary system so i can't just have another vendor resolve this for us. Again, no issue with their staff, but Jimmy displayed a complete disregard to any and all information I provided directly to him, then lied and accused me of something false just to justify charging me fees to temporarily resolve an issue his office should resolve. Aside from that, the way he talked to me was absolutely disgusting and dismissive. He kept saying he had this really big important job and even though I kindly said he can call me back when convenient for him, he was visibly annoyed and said "no no, I won't call you back." Jimmy, you're a piss poor representation of your business and it would behoove you to work on your communication skills. What a displeasurable and disappointing experience it is working with you.
