I called up Rhino and after a brief conversation and sending a few photos via text, he pulled up to our building in a truck with a giant Rhino head riding shotgun. While the work was very standard, Brian took time to explain what he was doing and answered many of my questions. Quoted a flat $150. He also noticed that the deadlock was not installed correctly and took time to fix that as well. Many handy-persons can often be very transactional, do the job, and leave. Five stars is not enough! We called Rhinoceros Security late at night because of a house lock-out in San Francisco. Brian immediately sent us a link to a video with a possible method to unlock the door ourselves. We tried but it didn't work, so we called again. Brian was at the house in about 20 minutes. He persisted diligently, working on more than one troublesome lock, until he finally succeeded in picking three locks that were needed to let us in. We are tremendously impressed with Brian's promptness, determination, skill, plus generous help and advice regarding how to avoid such problems again. By contrast, we had called two other companies.
