Today was the second time I have used Mario to change locks between tenants in a rental -- great service, less expensive than all the others I called. Showed up early, got it done quickly, cleaned up. Highly recommend read more

I've gone to Mario on 2 separate occasions now both to re-key some entry door deadbolts. Both times I've driven to him with my locks and wait in my car. It took him around 30 minutes each visit to re-key 2 deadbolts. I communicated with him via Yelp messenger. He was very responsive and flexible. Good experience. read more

I used Mario for home service on 2 separate occasions. 1 house front door rekey in 2012 1 house front door rekey in 2025. Call to make an appointment. #1 quality work. Very professional. He has been doing this for a very long time. They are good! Price is very fair! I definitely recommend. I will definitely call them again. read more

Good, fast service. They were courteous and very helpful. I would definitely call them again.

Mario and his daughter Anita fixed my two lock problems same day on the weekend for a reasonable price. It was easy to communicate with Anita to set the time and she gave me updates on when they would arrive. She also let me know there had been breakins around the corner. Anita explained a problem we'd had for a while with the latch on our front door and suggested we just hadn't realized how to set it so it wouldn't lock us out. She could have tried to sell us a new lock or something but didn't. I appreciated their expertise and straightforward helpfulness. read more

Mario's locksmith is incredible and I'd highly recommend using them to anyone in need of a locksmith! The front door to our apartment building broke which made it impossible for the tenants to enter or leave the apartment building. Mario was able to come quickly to get the door working again and change out the heavy duty lock. Everyone in the building is very appreciative for everything that he and his team did for us and none of us would hesitate to call them again. I'm putting his card on my fridge in case we ever need to call again. read more

I thought I would do this "easy" DIY project. We have french doors onto a deck and the previous owner had used a really janky handle set that kept threatening to fall apart. So we bought a fancy new set of handles and started taking the old hardware apart. Somehow I managed to wedge all the hardware in weird angles, to the point where the handle wouldn't work, the lock wouldn't turn, nothing. Had to sleep with the door open. Mario gave me a quote and agreed to stop by almost immediately. Over the next hour, he and his daughter disassembled all my mistakes, explained what I had done wrong, and fixed everything up. Then they went above and beyond, adjusting the hinges to straighten the door out, oiling everything, and meticulously cleaning everything up. All around great experience! Since it went so well, and they had time for another project, I had them replace a deadbolt on an alleyway door. Turned out to be way more difficult than it appeared, since the door was so thick. They had to fabricate some new parts to make the lock work. But they stuck with it and now, finally, the door works great. Very, very pleased with how patient and thorough they were. And how they never made me feel bad about myself for how incompetent I am as a homeowner. read more

I'm so happy I called Marios Locksmith. I needed to install smart locks on both my front and back doors. Mario and his daughter was kind enough to come by on a Saturday and was right on time. They were detail oriented, which I really appreciated. My front door is a bit sticky and they spent the time to problem shoot it without me asking. It was really considerate of them. Very knowledgeable and reliable -- I felt safe that this was the team that was making sure that my home was secure. Also, I really like that they are a family owned and run business. They're part of the community -- and it feels nice to know we can trust those that are in it! read more

My entire family has been doing business with Mario since 2009 when they still sold formal dresses. I ordered three dresses in the past which were all gorgeous and one within the week of the event and they had always delivered! Back to the main topic~ Despite no longer having a storefront, they still operate their locksmith business on the road which makes me so happy. They are just one call away! They have always taken great care when making key copies for us. I know this because they always slide in like butter unlike anywhere else! With my peace in mind at $5 a copy, it's worth it every single time. read more

My father recommended Mario's after they did work on his house locks. I sent them a picture of my very old mortise lock on my front door that would no longer turn. They got back to me very quickly with an estimate, within 3 hours on a Friday night, and were able to fit me in on a Monday morning. Mario's daughter showed up right on time (down to the minute!) and got right to work explaining what was going to be involved in fixing this kind of lock. Within 90 minutes, she was done, and it was good as new and buttery smooth. She also recommended the right kind of lubricant to use to keep it in good working order. The price was very reasonable and right in the middle of the estimate they had given me. Nothing could have been better about the experience. A+ read more

I had an awful experience with a locksmith recently, so I was nervous to select another to rekey my door. After scouring yelp reviews for any signs of fraud, I finally settled for Mario's. I'm so glad that I did! Mario was able to provide an upfront quote over the phone. His team arrived on a sat at 6p, about 30 mins after I called. They got the job done quickly and even agreed to make me two extra keys. I couldn't believe that they did not upsell me at all! When it came time to pay, they didn't even ask for a tip...I had to proactively offer one. I will be using Mario's for any future job and will recommend them to anyone who asks. read more

Another five-star review and I see why. Someone had pried open my gate, breaking the electric strike plate for the lock in the process. Mario advised that thieves do this to steal packages. Mario and his daughter, who is also a locksmith, came by a few hours after I got in touch with him. They understood the problem, and both of them took the time to answer all my questions -- they are real people, such a pleasure. They showed me that the pin was missing from the lock, told me the lock is more secure with a pin, and asked if I wanted them to fix that too. All fixed and working in less than an hour. Price was reasonable and I am very satisfied with the work. They are good people and I recommend Mario without reservation. read more
