He explained to me exactly what to do to repurpose the spring to fix the lock. I decided to give it a shot and his suggestion totally worked, saving me an expensive visit. I had them replace an older Aiphone intercom with Unifi access and they came and installed a Unifi door reader, cleaned up my door strikes, installed a unifi in wall in a rental unit so we could pass through an additional POE port to a Unifi intercom and then came up with an idea to consolidate my networking gear in my garage so I changed scope after day 1 to include that and also setup a gate hub automation. I also had them do a new cat6 run and they did a great job with that as well as patching up the holes from older cables. Great communication - they know their networking and Unifi gear and I would recommend to others looking for ethernet/wireless/security cameras and expertise with Unifi gear.

I unexpectedly had to stop the work midway through the installation, and they were extremely understanding. They even declined payment when I offered to compensate them for the interruption. They returned the very next day, finished everything, and did an excellent job. I now have blazing-fast, reliable internet throughout my condo, and the gateway they installed has great features, including built-in ad blocking. Honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Guy is fantastic! I had him change the locks on my front door and door to the street. The first time he came to change the front door, he was prompt, professional and friendly! He was done within 20 minutes, new keys in hand! He even made sure that I tested the key and that it worked. The second time, I had him come and fix the door to the street, (separate from the actual front door to our house). Again, he came on time and got right to work. He changed the lock so that it would lock automatically. On top of that, he also fixed the door itself, which was hard to close! He went above and beyond what we had asked and he took the time to explain what he did and why, and again did this all with such a friendly and kind attitude. He even gave us extra keys too and made sure to tell us to be careful and not get ourselves locked out! Honestly, whenever I need locksmith services, I know exactly who to call. Guy is the guy! I lost my car key today and needed a replacement. I called Guy and the phone was answered immediately. I gave him basic car info and explained the problem. (The) Guy listened attentively and said he could fix the situation. He quoted a price and was at my house as confirmed in 15 (yes-!15) minutes. He went to work right away. Guy was terrific. He was able to come to my house in The Mission quickly (maybe 20 minutes) to program an extra key fob for my car, and he successfully finished the job in a short time. I explained to Gal that I would not be able to meet him in SF and if he could correspond with me over the phone to discuss what needed to be done while he was on site. I had originally wanted him to disable the buttons on the mortise lock because we thought my dad was activating it, locking the exterior latch, and preventing my parents' caregiver from entering each morning. Gal saved us a lot of money by explaining that all that was needed to be done was to turn the key one extra turn. Gal also adjusted the door because it was hard to close at times and smoothed out the caregiver's keys to make it easier to unlock the door. Gal did great work, but what really stood out to me is what a great quality human being Gal is. Not only was he understanding of the situation with me living so far away, but he showed the caregiver how to open the door if it's locked from inside, took a video of the process so I could share it with the caregiver in case she forgets, had us on speaker phone because the caregiver doesn't speak English so I could help translate. His patience and understanding is of the highest quality, saying that we will all be that age at some point. He was very respectful to my elderly dad and caregiver. Gal is highly recommended! I would use him again in a heartbeat!

I asked if there is wiggle room in price and twice was I denied. It took a whole 5min to get done. On top of that, the keys weren't in the car. Turns out I left it in the business. I let them know and they still only wanted to take venmo only no cards. I was working and was on my lunch break running an errand. My $16 grocery run turned into $415. I wasnt in the sticks or anything. I was in the parking lot of a local shopping plaza. It wasn't late night. And it took them 28min to get there. Were they quick and efficient, sure, but the price for exactly the method they used, and total time to get there felt very off balance compared to the quotes I'm definitely getting back on AAA. I'd rather wait and uber myself back somewhere instead of feeling like I was just taken advantage of after the fact.
