Bought a car that only came with one key fob so of course I needed to get another one. It was a smart key fob, so it needed to be programmed by either the dealer or an auto locksmith. The dealer I bought the car from recommended I go with an auto locksmith because the dealer charges a crazy amount for the service. I messaged Phil from Go Pro Locksmith as well as a few others. Phil was the first to respond, gave me a very reasonable estimate and we set up an appointment that night. The other companies I messaged either quoted me a price that I felt was too high or said they were unable to do it. To be honest, I initially was just trying them out. But wow, after I hired them for my commercial space I asked them to change the locks at my house as well cuz THEY ARE THAT AWESOME. The person who talked to me on the phone was very informative and understanding which made the process Very smoothly. Idk about the readers like you, but I know 0% of how changing locks, rekeying works. It was my first time knowing "rekeying" exists. But she was patient and kind to help me through. The actual locksmith came on time and actually tried his very best to make the lock fit my needs. Our commercial space needs a special ADA compliant handle from the inside and he was able to alter my original door to fit. Too bad I'm not changing any lock anytime soon otherwise I would love to use them again! read more

GREAT SERVICE!! Called Phil out to open the door to the garage because we lost the key. They scheduled me for the next day after asking first if it was an emergency (very thoughtful).
