Then at 12:50pm I get a text from him saying he's here.. Told him I will meet him outside and for 20 minutes nothing.. Went outside to look for him and found him just pacing around chit chatting on his phone... He finally calls to tell me he's at the door, I meet with him and the entire interaction was just strange. He then tells me what he can and cannot do, with a high chance that the answer is "no I cannot do this", then proceeds to tell me that he needs to charge me $150 for the service call.. Look, I get that the $150 is to cover expenses such as travel/ gas/ etc.. but when asked on the phone none of this was shared and seemed like an easy money grab for them to put me on the spot about payment. Absolutely would not recommend them due to their unprofessionalism, lack of communication, punctuality and price clarity..

I called that same evening and he picked up right away, I FaceTimed him and showed him the issue with my lock. He was very knowledgeable and said he would come first thing in the morning. The next morning, Frank came promptly ( brought an extra specialized lock just in case) and he took the time to assess what was wrong. Frank was very honest with me and said the underlying issue was not the lock but the leveling of my door. He could easily have replaced the lock and charged me for that as well as his time to come to the house. Instead, he DIDNT charge me and said he didn't do anything ( although he did adjust my lock a bit to help me utilize the lock temporarily). Although he didn't actually change my locks and I didn't fully use his service, I will promote his services to anyone and everyone I know both verbally and through social media because he deserves ALL the business because of his knowledge, hard work and HONESTY.
