So something I got done in $20 was $350 from them. Also they said they will call me to fix the bathroom door lock which was not an emergency, it has been three months no call back to me. The person who picks phone when you call back said to call them back at 9 am or 5 pm when Mr Vern is there, why cannot he tell Mr Vern to call me back? Poor service and would not use again and would not recommend.

I called that same evening and he picked up right away, I FaceTimed him and showed him the issue with my lock. He was very knowledgeable and said he would come first thing in the morning. The next morning, Frank came promptly ( brought an extra specialized lock just in case) and he took the time to assess what was wrong. Frank was very honest with me and said the underlying issue was not the lock but the leveling of my door. He could easily have replaced the lock and charged me for that as well as his time to come to the house. Instead, he DIDNT charge me and said he didn't do anything ( although he did adjust my lock a bit to help me utilize the lock temporarily). Although he didn't actually change my locks and I didn't fully use his service, I will promote his services to anyone and everyone I know both verbally and through social media because he deserves ALL the business because of his knowledge, hard work and HONESTY. Thank you, Frank!!!

He rekeyed three locks in our house so they could all use the same key and also replaced an old lock on our backyard door with a new one, which he was able to supply for us. What really stood out was his attention to detail. While working on our front door, he noticed that the lock wasn't striking correctly and that we had to push the door inward before we could slide the lock into place. I hadn't even asked him to address this, but he took the extra time to adjust and align the door/hinge so the lock now closes and engages properly. We really appreciated him going above and beyond instead of just completing the work we originally requested. His pricing was fair, and he was friendly, talkative, and easy to work with throughout the entire visit. He also gave us some helpful suggestions for improving the weatherproofing around our front door in the future. Overall, we were very happy with the quality of his work and would definitely recommend Guy The Locksmith to anyone looking for a punctual, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful locksmith.

About 30 minutes later, he texted me a YouTube video showing someone fixing the exact same problem. He had already been paid, but still took the time to help us further. Amazingly, the video described our problem exactly--and led to the fix! We were truly impressed.
