I had a great experience with Matt and Elliott. I had to replace a stolen car fob and Elliott explained the process to me thoroughly and patiently. I met Matt at the designated location and he paired my fob to my car and made me a spare key for it as well. All from his trusty van. Matt was friendly and answerted all my questions and got the job done in half the time that was quoted. It also cost me half of what it would if I had gone to the dealer. What an awesome and efficient business! I recommend Premier Locksmith 100%! read more

I was locked out of my car on a Monday morning -- not the way I was looking to start my week. After calling around to a few places who couldn't help me because I have an older European car, I was feeling a bit worried. Then, I reached out to Premier. Super quick response and Elliott was able to prioritize my lockout. Super nice guy, felt really well taken care of, fair price, worth every dollar. Elliot at Premier Locksmith was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy from start to finish. He completed my front door job quickly and with great attention to detail. Beyond that, he noticed an existing lock on my front gate had been installed incorrectly, which could have allowed unauthorized entry, and corrected the issue on the spot. His thoroughness and commitment to security gave me real peace of mind. I would not hesitate to hire this company again. read more

After finding it impossible to get our key in the ignition of our car, we contacted several locksmiths. I highly recommend Premier Locksmith. After sitting in my grandparents garage since 1991, my family finally gave me the 1973 VW Super Beetle that I've been wanting to work on as a restoration project...but they couldn't find the key!! Called around and all the locksmiths had about the same rate, but Premier said they'd give me a $20 discount. They were also referred to me by Mike's locksmith. Made the appt this morning. He came by within his scheduled appt window, was quick, and knew what he was doing. Elliot was pleasant and even helped us pop off the gas cap since we had no key for it either (different key from the car). Thanks Elliot and Premier Locksmith!! (This was from years ago and I just noticed I never posted this review, but they definitely deserve this) read more

Excellent service in every way: prompt response to my phone call, clear communication about the lock on my building front gate, clear description of charging policy, easy scheduling of appt, arrival on time, professional manner, clearly competent--able to assess the problem and repair. I felt comfortable with his presence and approach. I highly recommend Elliot and Matt. I have had several poor experiences with locksmiths and feel very fortunate to have found Premier. read more

My husband left for a trip across the country and our baby's gear was locked inside of his car. I was about to leave for a trip with our little one too, so I was in a panic. I sent out some quote requests and Elliott, the owner of Premier Locksmith, responded right away with what they charge, but also saying that I could get help with this from AAA for free (duh, I forgot in my panic). No one else responded with that suggestion! I appreciate any business (+ business owners) that exists to actually prioritize their customers' needs, especially during hard times like these. Thank you, Elliott! read more

Would-be thieves broke open the steering column on my 22-year-old Tahoe and destroyed the ignition to the point it could not be moved or towed. Elliot coordinated with the body shop and tow company. Arrived on time and was finished in 15 minutes. Everything works perfectly. He even returned to give me a jump when the tow truck driver couldn't get close enough for a jump. Premier was premier and I recommend him for any job requiring a locksmith. read more

Satisfied repeat customer! We wanted to change the function on our front door lock (to avoid locking ourselves out), and also install a new deadbolt on our garage-to-house door. Elliott wrote me a very detailed email explaining all the options and costs. After a few back-and-forth emails, we hopped on the phone and he gave me some great advice on which brand of deadbolt to buy, to ensure the keys can be keyed alike. I appreciate the time he spent with me before I even gave him the job. Matt came to do the install and did a great job. He warned me in advance that removing and re-installing the locks might chip the paint on the doors, but he did such a careful job that everything looked flawless! read more

I needed to buy a bunch of somewhat hard to get key blanks for work ASAP and with a simple text, Elliot was able to confirm pricing, ordering time, and availability in a matter of minutes! Super courteous, and way more professional than I expected. I was a little worried when I was asked to meet at the outskirts of San Francisco to pick up the key blanks from someone who works with him, but it all worked out perfectly. I would definitely reach out to Elliot in future lock/key troubles. Thank you Elliot! read more

Worthy of a five star review: Enough can't be said about the exceptional service provided by Elliot and premier locksmith. Following a stressful event involving the loss of our house keys, I contacted elliot at the suggestion of a close friend. As advertised, Elliot was professional, helpful, informative and polite. He assessed my situation and arrived promptly to tackle the job. Elliot was masterful with his craft and finished the rekeying of 4 doors with minimal effort and at a very affordable price. These guys were great! I don't know what was wrong with my keys, but I had been to 2 locksmiths and called others trying to get my keys copied. Ace Hardware was out of the size I needed, and another locksmith had given me bad information and wasted 2 hours of time and the 20 min drive to their shop twice. I called Premier shortly before they closed and was relieved to hear they could help even though I was pretty grouchy by then. They had me send pictures of the keys to confirm before coming out so I wouldn't have to make a trip if there was a problem. But it was no problem. The locksmith was onsite in about an hour and cut my keys manually in just a few minutes. Then he tested each of them (it was half a dozen keys to an office suite) in both the downstairs and suite door to confirm they worked. Then he told me, "I don't know why those other guys said they couldn't do it. This is pretty standard and you can make this key from other similar sizes." I don't know why either, my friend! I wish I could give a shoutout to the technician, but this happened a few weeks ago and I've forgotten his name. I just hope my tip was as enormous as my gratitude. read more

Our HOA hired Premier to repair locks and upgrade general building security after a break-in. We evaluated four vendors and Premier stood out for efficiency, competency, responsiveness, and very fair pricing. Premier requested photos of the doors/locks to be repaired and provided estimates based on the photos that proved to be spot-on. Premier prioritizes efficiency in communication and process - i.e., texting - but the response time was rapid and I think that mode of efficient communication lends to its very fair pricing (i.e., lower business overhead costs). I interacted across multiple vendors in our selection process and Premier consistently presented with professionalism, expertise (and a point of view), a solutions-orientation, and a willingness to educate the consumer that I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend. read more

When you need a locksmith who is On time, Knowledgeable, Efficient, Quick, and Courteous call Premier Locksmith! I had an ignition switch issue with my wife's Chevy Malibu. The switch was locked up completely. My wife called and made an appointment for Monday at 9AM. Elliot called ahead when on the way and arrived when expected. He knew exactly what the was the problem was and had the right strategy for doing the work. Elliot had the right tools for the job and performed it without any damage or fuss. 40 minutes later the switch was repaired several new keys were ready. The keys and repair were made so they were the same as before. No need to change out or re-key anything else. Our old keys still worked as well. Easy payment with both a physical receipt as well as a virtual receipt since they use Square (squareup.com) as a card processing tool. While I was ready to try the repair myself, I realized quickly the repair went beyond what I wanted to perform. I am glad I waited for Premier Locksmith to do the job. I later learned Elliot gets referrals all of the time from car dealers for this kind of work. If car dealers can trust Premier Locksmith that makes me feel great about trusting them too. Looks like someone misspelled their business name in Yelp since Premier Locksmith has two listings. All I know is Elliot did a great job.
