We evaluated four vendors and Premier stood out for efficiency, competency, responsiveness, and very fair pricing. Premier requested photos of the doors/locks to be repaired and provided estimates based on the photos that proved to be spot-on. These guys were great! I don't know what was wrong with my keys, but I had been to 2 locksmiths and called others trying to get my keys copied. Ace Hardware was out of the size I needed, and another locksmith had given me bad information and wasted 2 hours of time and the 20 min drive to their shop twice. I called Premier shortly before they closed and was relieved to hear they could help even though I was pretty grouchy by then. They had me send pictures of the keys to confirm before coming out so I wouldn't have to make a trip if there was a problem. But it was no problem. The locksmith was onsite in about an hour and cut my keys manually in just a few minutes. Then he tested each of them (it was half a dozen keys to an office suite) in both the downstairs and suite door to confirm they worked. Then he told me, "I don't know why those other guys said they couldn't do it. This is pretty standard and you can make this key from other similar sizes." I don't know why either, my friend! I wish I could give a shoutout to the technician, but this happened a few weeks ago and I've forgotten his name. I just hope my tip was as enormous as my gratitude. read more

When you need a locksmith who is On time, Knowledgeable, Efficient, Quick, and Courteous call Premier Locksmith! I had an ignition switch issue with my wife's Chevy Malibu. The switch was locked up completely. My wife called and made an appointment for Monday at 9AM. Elliot called ahead when on the way and arrived when expected. He knew exactly what the was the problem was and had the right strategy for doing the work. Elliot had the right tools for the job and performed it without any damage or fuss. 40 minutes later the switch was repaired several new keys were ready. The keys and repair were made so they were the same as before. No need to change out or re-key anything else. Our old keys still worked as well. Easy payment with both a physical receipt as well as a virtual receipt since they use Square (squareup.com) as a card processing tool. While I was ready to try the repair myself, I realized quickly the repair went beyond what I wanted to perform. I am glad I waited for Premier Locksmith to do the job. I later learned Elliot gets referrals all of the time from car dealers for this kind of work. If car dealers can trust Premier Locksmith that makes me feel great about trusting them too. Poor customer service. Elliot was insulting and not friendly. I am a prior customer and that why I always choose this company to work with. Elliot stated he saved my phone number as prior customer failed to pay. He was very short nor had reason for assuming I failed to pay. I canceled my last appt with him last min due to finding my keys. I did. It fail to pay. It was wrong for his accusations and rude demeanor. I'm sure there has been more people who have dealt with his moody attitude. He doesn't seem to enjoy his job, or he just is rude. If your looking to be a subjected to passive aggressive behavior this is your guy. So you all can see how rude and passive aggressive Elliot is....
