What a great experience! I was changing the exterior door knobs and one of the latches got stuck in the door. The mechanism froze, would not turn and the door was closed so it was stuck closed. Called Friendly Locksmith, gave me an estimated time, showed up a short time later and removed the latch for me by drilling it out.
