Very polite and professional. Thank you for taking the time to respond, within 2 min btw, and answer all my questions. Lucky for us and the pup, we were able to get the door open before needing his services but I would call him again in a heart beat if I ever needed. read more

If you need to unlock and key service, don't go anywhere else, I was unable to open my safe due to the batteries being dead and also losing the keys. I got my many quotes from many companies in the area. Avi is the one who responds quickly and also has a reasonable price. He came next morning on time and got the job done with no time. Definitely recommend Avi and will hire him next time. This is my first review in a decade. read more

I requested a quote from 5 local locksmiths via the Yelp function and this business was the fastest to respond AND the most affordable out of the businesses that got back to me. Though I ended up not needing to use their services, giving a 5 star for their customer service and pricing. read more

I'm really glad I hired Run Local Lock & Key! It's no wonder that Avi has only 5 star reviews, everything his customers say about his straightforward pricing, excellent communication, and quality of work are 100% true. We hired Avi to rekey the 5 locks in our house and an hour later all of them are working better than ever before. One of the most professional and kindest people I have worked with. We'll definitely be working with Run Local Lock & Key should we need any more locksmithing done! Thanks so much Avi! read more

If i can give 100 stars i would Very responsive, right on time knows what he is doing. To change both the bolt and handle less than an hour. Came prepared, had his own tools, neat and clean. Stayed till we were able to program the smart lock. Made sure was running and working smoothly before he left and very reasonable read more

Excellent service. Avi responded promptly to a quote and promptly answered my follow up call since our Yelp messages somehow were blocked on Yelp (which may have been my accidental fault). He showed up right on time, rekeyed our home locks, and was easy to talk to. We would definitely recommend this service for anyone looking to rekey their locks. read more

I apologize for this long winded review, but there simply aren't enough superlatives (and stars ) to describe Avi's customer service. I'm no stranger to locking myself out of my apartment. (In fact, I've contacted Avi on 2 separate occasions over the course of 9 days; this, alone, speaks to how highly I regard Avi and his service.) Of the 1/2 dozen locksmiths I've contacted over the years, only a few were able to get in, but not without taking over 30 minutes and nicking part of my door. Then there was Avi, who returned my desperate call this Saturday at midnight within minutes. Where other locksmiths failed and flailed, or took an eternity (through no fault of ther own), Avi managed to unlatch my high security lock (which required him to place a contraption that looked like a cross b/n a fishing pole and a door hanger) in 5 minutes - more quickly than I could count the small amount that he charged me. (The 2nd time he helped me out, he was even quicker.) Did I mention that he charged $100 less than anyone else? If that wasn't enough, he insisted on lubricating the keyhole lock to make it much easier for me to open it with my keys. NOBODY HAS EVER OFFERED to do that. I used to be a customer success specialist for Oracle, so I know what customer service should/shouldn't be. I regret that I was unable to give one iota of the service that Avi has provided me. He couldn't have been more appreciative when I told him I was going to write him a Yelp review. (It seems that for some reason their yelp page hasn't retained the other reviews that clients have been writing.) I had to plead with him to take a box of candy from TJ's. read more

I requested a re-key of our front door, Avi quickly & proficiently finished that. We are so lucky we chose Run Local Lock & Key, Avi arrived on time, did more than requested and his work is quality. Thank you read more
