Jay was prompt and friendly, and quickly figured out what was wrong with the alignment. He modified some of the plates and lubricated the moving pieces. Once I settled on a time, they arrived promptly, performed the work quickly and efficiently and charged reasonable prices. They also helped to guide me in selecting new, vintage knobs and deadbolts for a third-party vendor, which was great because otherwise I would have purchased hardware that would not have worked with the doors in question. I have an intercom system that is over 20 years old and my tenants were not able to be heard whenever they had visitors. After looking around some and not finding what we wanted, we decided to go with Quick Key. We didn't get the upsell nonsense. It was very matter of fact, here are the differences, you get what you pay for. We ended up going with the highest end stuff they had. Mike was our point of contact from then out, and he could not have been nicer or more thorough. We had some peculiar requests, so it took a couple days and a couple visits to get everything done. But, Mike and Quick Key were as reasonable as can be expected and kept us in the loop along the way. The work and product are excellent. We are happy. We also dealt with a couple dispatch people along the way. And everyone was responsive and cordial. Pretty basic stuff, but not always the case unfortunately. read more

Surprisingly​, Jay said this was an unusually​ long time to take to open a lock but that my door frame was extra deep and the weather stripping was slowing things down. I needed a duplicate key made for my car. After calling the dealership which ranged from $210- $280, my friend suggested I purchase the key online and find a locksmith to cut and program it. I was happy when I found quick key which quoted me $79. I arrived and the technician was new on the job. During the programming he drained my battery and I had to wait for the field tech to return for a jump. After being there for 2 hours I left with my new car key but my REMOTE STARTER NO LONGER WORKED. I called the office that same night upon notice and was basically told it was not their problem.
