I highly recommend this locksmith! I was locked out of my office building on a Friday night, and I was struggling to find someone who would come help. Several other locksmiths turned me away and treated the situation like I was trying to break in, even though this is my own office building that I rent. He came out, verified the situation, and professionally picked the lock without causing any damage. That was a huge relief because many locksmiths would have drilled the lock, leaving me with the extra cost of replacing it and preventing others from continuing to use the same lock. The total cost was $195, and that included three additional keys at no extra charge. He saved me money, protected the existing lock, and provided excellent service when I needed it most. He was professional, fair, and went above and beyond on a Friday night emergency call. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a trustworthy locksmith! read more

AA Phil's 24 Hour Lock and Key - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Brookfield, Illinois

Used them today for an issue with a storage unit lock. The communication was excellent, accurate and straightforward. He told me how much the service would cost & the payment methods they accepted; as well as the process. Dave came out as advised time wise and took care of the issue very quickly. He was also very fun & personable. They made a stressful situation much less so. Nice to have a classic & pleasant customer experience, which is going out of style in business these days. Highly recommended locksmith. read more

Friday night and I'm locked out of my bedroom. So we tried to pick the lock, go in through a window, and even kick down the door. No luck getting in. I called Phil. He said he'd be by me in an hour, which was not an issue. I have the rest of the house and no animals are locked in the room. He came here in less than an hour and got me back into the room. He answered my call and came very quickly. Extremely professional upfront and fair pricing.

Phil is great at what he does and been in the business for years. Bought a new house and wanted to change the locks(5 tumblers in all). Called ahead and set an appointment. He happened to finish a job early so he gave me a call to see if he could come a bit earlier (as opposed to just showing up unannounced like I've had other contractors do). He came by and the whole job took a little over 30 minutes. Granted my locks were brand new and I had everything ready to go for him (working key, etc.). Would highly recommend Phil for any locksmith job! read more

This is the guy you want to hire. We were locked out of our garage. I'm thinking how on earth will they get this door open. Oh, did I mention it was the middle of the night and about 15 degrees out? AA Phil's is the real deal. Phil answered right away, came out right away, and solved the problem right away. Phil found the best solution and got it done fast. Super friendly guy too. I highly recommend Phil and his services! My boyfriend and I locked ourselves out of my car at jewel, so I googled a locksmith near me. We live in Lyons, so I was looking for a local locksmith. I found Phil & gave him a call, he gave me a very reasonable up front price instead of giving me a general labor quote like most locksmiths. He showed up in under 20 minutes and had my car door open in about 5 minutes or less. Reasonable price, and prompt service. Definitely a great local business! I will be recommending Phil to anyone I know who needs locksmith services. read more

Phil is great. We just bought a house and had him out to replace the locks. He quickly and efficiently replaced the locks, but the thing that makes him great is that he's very knowledgeable and helpful. We were discussing changing our door lever to a knob so that our 18mo wouldn't be able to open the door as easily, and he pointed us to an easy to install childproof lock that installs towards the top of the door. read more

No day is a good day to get locked out of my house: but I do on the day it's 95 degrees "feels like 100" and there's an air quality warning! The keypad battery gave out with slim to no beep warning and I happened only to have the dead bolt on my keychain . Thank goodness my phone still had a charge and The Yelp App is on it! Within 20 minutes Phil was here working on the lock and succeeded after a while. Groceries inside and grateful for air conditioning... I highly recommend Phil. Phil's the best. Very honest and personable. Respectful of his craft and his customer's security. We locked ourselves out on a hot, summer day and he arrived/worked quickly. We now know there's quite a few unlicensed scam locksmith companies out there. One quoted us twice the price for a basic service and became aggressive and hostile when we chose to look elsewhere. Would call Phil again anytime. read more
