He took my debit card info over the phone when he was finished and then emailed me a receipt. I've used them quite a few times and been really pleased with their service.

But I can attest that my experience with Chicago Locksmiths was all I could have hoped for and more. Aedan was phenomenal - I called because I needed to get an electronic lock installed. He not only set up time to come by, but he proactively recommended electronic locks to me, steering me towards a better lock than the one I planning to install. After I looked further into it, he saved me the hassle of having to get additional hardware to use with the other lock I was planning to go with. That's above and beyond service in my opinion. When he called, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he became rude because I couldn't suddenly show up at a different time that worked for him. The phone interaction was disrespectful and poorly handled. As a business owner myself, I would never speak to a customer the way I was spoken to. Regardless of skill level, professionalism and basic respect matter. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.
