Lou is a man of his word - a rare find these days. I spent half a day with him since I lost all of the keys to my "high security" Audi A6. He actually picked me, drove to my car, back to the office, and back to the car. Probably 8 miles each way. He actually had to remove the trunk lock... End result - I have a key that unlocks, locks and starts the car, and the car was put back together perfectly! I was finally able to move the car from a spot getting $100 tickets per day. His prices are actually too low given the service he provides. After spending so much time with him (not really his fault, more that the Audi center is not available on weekends), I realized that this business if full of a lot of dubious people - especially on the customer side, who make appointments and then because he might be a bit late (servicing someone else) they get someone else and he's hung out to dry. Trust me, I dealt with one of these shops on Friday, who strung me along for 18 hrs and NEVER showed, causing the $100 ticket... I'll be writing a negative review of them... Stick with Lou. Be a bit understanding that he makes sure the job is done right, so sometimes his appointments run a bit longer than he estimates, but if he tells you he will show, he will. Louie really went above and beyond for me. My ignition locked up after I stopped to visit a friend in town. Time was of the essence because I was moving for a job with an approaching start date. Louie came to the car (no tow necessary) and diagnosed the problem as a cracked ignition housing. He found the part and drove an hour each way to pick it up and worked on the replacement until 10 at night to make sure I could leave the next day. Louie did a really professional job by making me a perfect replacement car key. I needed a car key with a chip in it (Ford Fiesta 2011), so it wasn't enough just to get a key that would open the car door. He coded it electronically so that it would not just open the door but also would turn on the engine. Saved me more than double the amount I'd have spent if I'd gone to a dealer.
