In this instance I needed deadbolts swapped out and upgraded from the old school manual to newer digital version. The newer version had a larger deadbolt Than the one currently installed on my doors, this the hole had to be re-drilled larger. I was not comfortable doing that. Gary had straight forward pricing and was very easy to schedule. Other places tend to have hidden fees and end up charging you more than originally quoted- so their prices seem cheaper upfront to get your business but ends up being more expensive. After Gary updated two deadbolts to the digital versions the price came out exactly as quoted. He also rekeyed everything on the same key in the event the key is ever needed. Friendly and professional, he let me know he was working on another site but could be by my house in about 45 minutes. True to his word, he was there just under that. He tried to pick the lock for me, but it was apparently a really solid lock (only time in my life I prayed to hear that something on my house wasn't super secure, go figure). He ended up having to replace it. He was quick, efficient, and was able to use my extra house key to match the lock up so I wouldn't have a different key for the deadbolt. Perfect. Price was reasonable, and totally worth it for how quick he was. I'm pleased enough that he literally just left, and the first thing I did was get on Yelp to leave him a review.
