I was shopping around for a company who can reprogram Maserati keys. I called a few around the area and Car Key Pro was the only one who provided me with a straightforward pricing and worked with my schedule. Some company discouraged me from using after market key companies since it could mess up my car computer system. I went to a Maserati dealership and was quoted $1350 for one key, they also attempted but could not reprogram my old key. I took a leap of faith and scheduled CKP to help me out. Oscar arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. He showed me a brand new sealed OEM key, he explained what he was doing. He even diagnosed why the dealership cannot reprogram my old key = Dead battery. These guys are lifesavers! I lost the only key to my Jaguar, and they cut me two new keys for $350. The Jaguar dealer wanted $500-$1300 per key. Unfortunately, they were unable to program the fob, but they warned me that might happen, and would be more likely due to the fobs we ordered than their ability to program them. these guys were amazing! punctual, great communicators, diligent (staying after job is done to make sure all keys worked for me), and their price was fair (often better than competitors that I looked up). Oh boy, Car Keys not Professional! I'll try and make this brief, but it probably won't be. You call the number on Google (as I did) and the person who asnwers gets your contact info and tells you a tech will call you back. I don't do aftermarket anything on my car and was assured it was in fact the exact key for my car. Trunk didnt open after paying for "new" key, key inside key fob was blank and now explains why it didn't work once rec'vd new key, doors don't lock/unlock properly, keyfob keys jammed or doesn't turn and it can take up to a handful of minutes until it works, and the owner, he's not very professional, argumentative, and feels my dealership is wrong with the proof I've sent him. Owner refused to give me his name and I can see why. Just go to your dealership and save yourself the trouble. read more

I don't know where to start with how bad the service was the first guy was 2 hours late so I called him. He tells me he is in traffic to wait longer. I told him I can't wait I have to go be somewhere. The next day the other guy they send shows up an hour and a half late, but I waited because I needed 2 keys made. They quoted me 240 over the phone after I gave them my Vin make and model. Yet the guy says it's going to be a little but more. I'm at work so I'm like ok no big deal it can't be much more, I told him call me when your done. He calls me telling me my truck is done. He shows me it starts the truck but at this point I notice he gave me some cheap key without the lock or unlock buttons in it and told him that's not the right key. He told me it's all he had. But I'm like we'll I guess it's done nothing I can do as long as it works. Than he tells me it's 681 dollars that's way more than they quoted me but it was done so I had to pay it if I wanted to drive home that day. As I'm leaving work I notice I have a light on my dash that says start system issue key not recognized I call the guy to come back but now answer so I messaged him he was messaging me before he showed up. I told him the issues and my truck won't go over 15mph it's in a limp mode. Now I have to call a friend to get a ride home. I ended up having to tow it to ford to get the exact same job done they only charged me 150 and the truck works fine now. I would not recommend using these scammers. read more

Loosing a FOB is expensive. Dealers charge are crazy. These carketyPRO guys are really nice, super competent and are close to half dealer cost. I recommend them highy. We had a terrific experience, getting our Highlander back working with two FOBs and an emergency key cut for the programmed replacement FOB. All were new and work fine. read more

He contacted me to let me know the amount of time it would take to get to me, again to update me with an ETA, and then we set about replacing my lost Nissan Altima Key Fob. He knew exactly what he was doing, quickly opening up the car and programming the new remote key to the car system. I called the guy, we set the day and time, we made the deal and agreed to an specific price, the technician showed up with incomplete documents, even he did not have his valid driving license. So, the impound staff didn't allow him to go inside the Pound (he was supposed to go to pound to make the duplicate key for my car). He made me to bring my car outside the pound to pay extra $ to the tow truck. Why he did not bring the proper and valid documents in the first place, so he left me there stranded and helpless. And never picked up my call, so it was last day to release the car so i had to pay a-lot more money to tow my car to my location. I recently lost one of the keys to my car and wanted a replacement in case my irresponsible ass lost another set. As many of you may know dealerships charge outrageous prices for keys for newer models. My dealership quoted me $350 parts and labor! Obviously that was not gonna happen. So I started calling locksmiths who advertised key duplication. For many I left voicemails, and two told me they were unable to cut the key to my car due to it being so new.
