I had cameras installed by this company. They were fantastic. I had gotten several quotes but this was the best price for the quality. The cameras are great. I can see everything on my phone, my laptop, as well as a monitor in my office. I unfortunately did experience a break-in overnight. The police requested a recording of the break-in. Edit: the company returned the following day after reading this review and fixed the hole in the wall and covered the wire in the front entrance. Just had this company install 3 cameras in my building. The cameras themselves work, albeit with a not very user friendly iOS app. However the installation itself was horrendous. Whoever installed them left a mess everywhere, didn't bother cleaning up (both in the garage and front door), put a massive horrible looking hole in our front entrance drywall in order to thread a thin wire through it (looks like a hatchet was used). Then in our utility room, left a bunch of wires hanging everywhere connected to the DVR and monitor. Zero clean up, didn't bother to leave the job looking neat or clean, didn't bother to patch up the massive hole left in a new building. Don't people take pride in their work anymore? Over $2K job and it looks like an amateur installed everything. Same type of mess left in our neighbors building as well. We could have installed Nest cams for a lot cheaper and without all the damage and wires. Never using this company again! read more

Don is the man! He just installed 3 cameras in our building and 4 in the building next door on the same day, and did a stellar job. He worked from 9am until past 9pm to get both buildings all set up, and I never saw him take a break once. All of the equipment works exactly as advertised and he went above and beyond when realizing that he had forgotten to clean up in the front hallway (understandable after a long 12 hour day), and actually called us back to figure out a good time for him to fix his mistake. Yes, that's right. While most companies would shrug off this mistake and not remedy it unless contacted by the client, he actually reached out to us to see when he could come back to make it right. On his recent visit, he also informed me that we will be receiving a FREE cloud storage upgrade on our devices soon. Overall, a wonderful experience. Don did a fantastic job with the installation of four extern cameras on the exterior of my house. He maintained the aesthetics of the house even though the job required drilling of holes, running metal conduit, and placing cameras at three different heights. The DVR he installed has 30 days of playback and transformed our downstairs closet into a security command center.
