Vic did a great job mounting our TV. He was very professional and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend him and will be using him again for sure.

Victor did an amazing job with our school TV, TV shields, and speaker system install! I can't say enough great things about the work he did! He pays close attention to detail in all his work! He wired and mounted our TVs to connect our Apple TVs and also connected two speakers and a wireless mic sound system for our school gym. He also installed our DIY TV shield boxes with ease and precision. He even came back a day after the job was done to make sure everything was working properly. He is a hard worker and sticks to his word. I highly recommend Victor for all your TV, sound system, and smart home needs! We are so happy with our new system!! It has been a game changer. Don't hesitate, hire him today!

I will highly recommend Vic for Tv mounting. Very professional, easy to communicate and great customer experience.

Vic was friendly, helpful, and gave us what we wanted and more. He allowed us to walk him through our desired install and made sure we were satisfied. He even added an extra plug in wall, making our install clean. I'd use him again and refer him to others!

Hey Vic you did an install for me about a year ago with toslink all of a sudden no sound is transmitting can you give me any suggestions or when would you be available to check it out?

Well, the best way to determine what the issue is would be by troubleshooting this, my next available date is Thursday July 29th at 3pm or please suggest a date and time that is convenient for you and we can go from there.

However, later found out that there was substantial damage done to one of the speakers I had installed (MSRP $999/each). I reached out to the owner and was told there was no way their team could've caused that damage and to return my products to the vendor. Pictures show this is clearly not an issue from use, as the driver is pretty much shoved in on one side. Notwithstanding, some of the work was not performed as initially discussed (i.e. ethernet cables to cameras were run outside instead of through soffits/attics), and the team was quick to make holes in the ceilings and walls (which ended up being in the wrong places). Given how things have shaken out, I cannot recommend this company for any work. Let the work speak for itself in the photos and see the other reviews online regarding damage. The free work Ron mentioned is shown below with the one ethernet cable hanging from the side of the house. I paid in full afterwards, so if I had high expectations or demands that were "met," I think the highest expectation I had was for them not to damage the very thing they're installing. I actually have texts from Mo partway into the installation where he essentially told me to install things myself because he thought they were too valuable for him to install (which was part of the services I hired them for). Also beware of some of the other positive reviews, as one just popped up that of course mentions "no holes" for similar set up and the initials match one of the employees on Yelp (Mo N.), but on Google and Thumbtack it shows two different names altogether for the same review. Seems like they're padding the reviews and photos so you won't see the work they did at my home.... They're also now threatening me via text to stop updating my reviews for calling them out. There's been a handful of 5 star reviews in the last 24 hours after posting my review used some old photos from their Thumbtack and website (which they removed and replaced).

They didn't just stop at audio/video setup either. They connected all of our TVs, shades, and thermostats to a single, easy-to-use app on our phones, making our home smarter and more convenient than ever. Mo, in particular, was outstanding--knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and truly focused on customer service. Not only was the entire experience smooth and professional, but the cost was also significantly lower than other quotes we received. We'll definitely be using Twizted again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for smart home or entertainment system services. A+ experience all around.

He was really invested in making sure I had the most streamlined, cost-effective, integrated systems. He explained my options so well that I actually understood what I was getting. I was using the security system he recommended within minutes to watch what was going on outside my building (the very first night I saw someone stealing a cobblestone from my garden!) And he saved me a lot of money by figuring out a way that I could completely eliminate one of the Comcast internet accounts in my building and get faster service in the process. This is a problem that at least a dozen visits by Comcast over the years couldn't figure out (or they didn't want to because they wanted me to have two accounts). I highly recommend HookUp Solutions. In fact, I would go as far to say that I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't use them because you're probably getting ripped off.

Tom is one of those anomalies in the service world - he actually cares about quality and refuses for anything with his name on it to be less than perfect. He understands how to set realistic budgets and expectations. One very important attribute I learned about Tom is that he is a man of his word. If he tells you something will happen, you can bank on it. When you couple this with his impeccable honesty you end up with a great package. OK, so I bought a house in the city and knew I needed A/V help but had no idea where to…read morebegin...what was out there...much less how to get things done at a reasonable cost. A little back story on me...I'm not the type to just find the cheapest vendor for services and I'm not easily swayed by businesses whose marketing efforts that make consumers THINK they're inexpensive (in this case, the likes of Geek Squad). I had been recommended to Premiere by a friend who had way more money to spend on A/V than me, so admittedly I was on guard for $$$. But what began as a cautious in-home meeting with a Premiere rep to discuss my relative disinterest in the world of "home theater" ended up being more enlightening than I had envisioned. In the end, yes, I spent way more than I had planned...but that's pretty much what happened with everything I bought...down to my coffee maker. What I got was an incredibly convenient set up where my TV's all use the same, idiot-proof, IP-based remote (which means my wife and guests don't have to take a course to turn on different TV's). The remotes can even control other TV's in the house AND the thermostats -- features that have come in handy when my pregnant wife needs the thermostat changed in the middle of the night and I don't feel like heading downstairs...or when our sons have another TV too loud when I'm trying to put our daughter down for a nap. They "sold" me (for lack of a better word) on other services too...ones that I'm certain I'd have later determined to want -- like an extended wireless network with a home server for auto backups of our family's laptops (who DOESN'T need that?) and iPod docks that interface with the A/V equipment. Oddly enough, I'm not a movie junkie. In fact, I can't tell you the last year in which I've watched a movie so I'm sure the tone of this would have been more about my Netflix & Pandora apps on my Blu-Ray players if I cared in the least about that stuff. I just like the ease of use in watching the news, listening to music or watching my (few) TV programs in HD. Everything looks great, sounds great and was wired/installed so professionally that I'm actually proud of the setup I have. Among the things like most? 1) Everybody at Premiere is bright and professional. How refreshing. 2) Emails and calls were always returned promptly and thoroughly. That's HUGE with me. 3) They have an engineering dept that provides detailed elevations showing EXACTLY where the brackets should be on the wall...where the wiring goes...how long the wiring should be. At first, this seemed like overkill but every time I look at any of the TV's and see how they are centered...perfectly level...no cords in sight...it reminds me how important this function was. The one regret I have...and I would recommend this to anyone who plans on working with an A/V company on a system that requires programming time on an IP-based remote control system (like Control4) -- don't go out and buy your own TV's like l did. I tried to save a couple bucks by getting TV's myself instead of getting them through Premiere and I regret it. I'm also reminded of it every day when I have to press custom buttons on my remote because the TV I bought doesn't communicate with the remotes as well as other brands. I should have gone with all the ones they were recommending. I also wish they'd have told me why they were recommending their preferred TV's because that knowledge would have been enough to keep me out of stores and offline scouring for TV deals. The ones that I bought didn't have (what I would soon learn to be) "discreet codes" that make programming the remotes easy and most functional. I ended up paying much more in Premiere's programming time than I saved in buying the TV's. AND I'm left with a couple of TV's that aren't integrated into my system as well as the TV's I bought from Premiere. My bad.

Even other service providers that I've had to work on a Philips Hue installation, for example, have noted the impressive quality of work from Mike's team. Mike is available all the time on text and e-mail and just as important his team not only have incredible expertise (there's a lot of programming, it's not just mounting and running wires behind a wall for many projects) but they are respectful of your home and instructive in how to use any app, remote, etc. I have zero concerns about anyone with digital systems entering, working, and locking up around my home, even if I'm out of town. I've used maybe 5 such firms across a couple homes in the past 10 years, and there is a difference here.
