Anyone that's ever looked into this kind of thing before knows it can be a real nightmare because running cable in these buildings when the drywall is already up is a real crapshoot. Kam looked around for a bit, we discussed my needs and wants and he sketched out some potential solutions with some realistic expectations, because you really never do know until you get into the walls and ceiling. I really liked the sound of his proposal and he gave me a VERY reasonable estimate for the work. When the day came to get it done, he came out and brought another employee with him. They got cracking right away and worked their asses off for basically the next 10 hours, fishing lines, making adjustments based on what they saw in the ceiling. When all was said and done, I ended up with even more ethernet drops than I'd initially hoped for, ZERO drywall patching, ZERO external cable conduit... all 100% in wall or in ceiling. He did a great job putting in the 6U network rack and keystone panel as well. I will tell you, I had gotten another company out for an estimate before I contacted Paragon and they ballparked literally 5x what Paragon quoted and charged, FOR A SINGLE DROP and the attempt they suggested was basically all external metal conduit. No thx. Honestly, I wish I had more friends buying new homes right now that I could recommend Paragon to.

This review is long overdue. I used Ron oh back in 2016 to mount 2 TV's onto brackets at my condo…read more The 1st TV had to go on brackets and he also installed my Bose Speakers to the left and right of the TV which looked sharp. He ran the wires and kept every wire hidden. The 2nd TV was in the master bedroom and as you'll see in the picture, he did a good job of hiding the electrical cords so it could be near the power outlets. Shame on me for not painting the white covering to match the color of the wall but you get the point. He was friendly and his pricing was fair. I plan on using him again very soon!

Hired Twizted Home Entertainment through Thumbtack. I thought the team was generally good to work…read morewith while the install was happening, albeit a few issues here and there. However, later found out that there was substantial damage done to one of the speakers I had installed (MSRP $999/each). I reached out to the owner and was told there was no way their team could've caused that damage and to return my products to the vendor. Pictures show this is clearly not an issue from use, as the driver is pretty much shoved in on one side. Notwithstanding, some of the work was not performed as initially discussed (i.e. ethernet cables to cameras were run outside instead of through soffits/attics), and the team was quick to make holes in the ceilings and walls (which ended up being in the wrong places). Given how things have shaken out, I cannot recommend this company for any work. Let the work speak for itself in the photos and see the other reviews online regarding damage. The free work Ron mentioned is shown below with the one ethernet cable hanging from the side of the house. I paid in full afterwards, so if I had high expectations or demands that were "met," I think the highest expectation I had was for them not to damage the very thing they're installing. I actually have texts from Mo partway into the installation where he essentially told me to install things myself because he thought they were too valuable for him to install (which was part of the services I hired them for). Also beware of some of the other positive reviews, as one just popped up that of course mentions "no holes" for similar set up and the initials match one of the employees on Yelp (Mo N.), but on Google and Thumbtack it shows two different names altogether for the same review. Seems like they're padding the reviews and photos so you won't see the work they did at my home.... They're also now threatening me via text to stop updating my reviews for calling them out. There's been a handful of 5 star reviews in the last 24 hours after posting my review used some old photos from their Thumbtack and website (which they removed and replaced).

They were unable and unwilling to fix all the aspects of the system. The system is at least half the time "offline." The TV monitors (and thus the TV) never works if I leave town for two months. The media (CDs) were misinstalled at the beginning, and they "disappeared" when I left town. Their service is non-existent, even at the beginning for a new system.
