The decision was based on his professionalism, reliability and never having made me feel like he was just trying to sell me (like the Magnolia guys at Best Buy). After working with us by adjusting the products we were purchasing to meet our budget, we hired Devin and his team. We are very glad we did. He showed up on time, figured out our mess of a wiring system left behind by previous owners, and in less time than he expected. I was out of town when they installed and he worked with my wife. She never felt intimidated by the technology after he showed her how to use it (and she can't find Netflix on our TV). Devin was great to work with and I would highly recommend Dijis Technology Solutions. Please feel free to leave any questions in the comments. I would be happy to provide any other information about our experience.

Highly recommend Devin and Dijis Technology Solutions.

They're a very thorough and strong team. I was doing a rooftop/pergola TV/soundbar install. I had a 55" Samsung Terrace. I had a SONOS Ray soundbar, since my entire house is SONOS, but they really pushed me NOT to go w the SONOS and make sure to get a weatherproof Samsung Terrace Soundbar that fits perfectly w the TV... They came back as soon as I had the Soundbar, they even fortified the mounting wood pillar to my pergola frame to ensure everything remains stead. I'm super pleased and it was affordable, timely, and the communication was stellar.

From the start when I reached out about having Omnia implement my home networking and security needs - they were quick to respond, very thorough in their explanation on what services they could perform, and extremely reasonable pricing for the quality of the work. It was clear that they care about building relationships through excellent customer service and fair pricing - unlike other companies that may be looking to turn a fast buck. Pricing was very transparent and he never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. The amount of questions I had to ask him were unnumbered, he is super friendly and easy to talk to! I was bummed our mantle wouldn't fit the desired MantleMount so he advised the way to get it done - build out a faux wall to shorten up the mantle depth. We got on the phone several times to discuss measurements, where to connect power, and how to make it look good. We got a contractor to build the wall and Jeff was on standby the whole week to answer questions and make sure we did it right! On the day of the installation, he and his son were professional and worked quickly. Even the wires behind the tv were neatly wrapped and coiled. They made several adjustments before, during, and after the mount was up to make sure we were completely satisfied. They also gave a lot of love to our animals and worked around them. I will be reaching out to Jeff for all future projects and recommending him to everyone I know!
