Theresa is not the most "up front" honest or professional contractor I've dealt with. Probably a good thing they're only doing businesses now as they don't have the know how on where to place the cameras because I suggested where all the cameras were to be positioned. I requested a technician come to my location to provide an estimate, and she took all of my information--name, address, phone, time availability. She assured me I would hear from someone "within the hour" to confirm when the tech would arrive. It's been two weeks, and I'm still waiting. If I'm paying for a several thousand dollar system, I shouldn't have to chase the company who will provide the system. It's an omen for the level of customer service I'm likely to receive down the road.

Frank is easy to talk to. We spoke over the phone and then communicated over text with pictures of the job. The following day David came to fix all our locks (three total). David is extremely knowledgeable, explains things so I could understand, and even made suggestions that would be more cost effective while also being better for us in the long run. David is someone who is very easy to talk to and trust. He didn't try to upsell or make things more complex. Just an honest, kind man. He made everything so easy. He also did work for free for an older neighbor and made her an extra key. I really appreciate the work and professionalism of David. Great work and great prices! Though he worked on it for quite a while, he didn't charge me for it. The Professional Locksmith seems like a good, honest company with knowledgeable workers. Another company told me the handles were beyond repair and needed to be replaced and quoted me $300, but Jayden fixed it for half that.

They gave a great bid to put install. We even chose to do 2 doors, given their great rate. Flash forward to 6 months later we found a small (but significant) installation error on one of the doors. I bought the equipment from Provideo and I am all the way in California, so I had a local person install the equipment for me, and Perry took over the remote customer service, which has been far above and beyond what anybody could ever expect from customer service. If anything goes wrong, he is right there ready to help me fix it and get it up and running again.
