Marcos did an excellent job with the antenna installation. We spoke by phone and I sent photographs so we could look at options. Once decided, he came and installed the antenna on the roof (3 story house). Was done and working in 2 hours. Professional job! Highly recommend. read more

Marcos responded quickly to my inquiry. Set an appointment quickly, too. Arrived on time, explained the work he'd do, and answered all our questions. Perfect roof top antenna installation. Will definitely recommend to everyone! read more

Marcos Campos of AV-Techs was phenomenal with setting up my home theater. He's personable, quick to communicate, efficient and resourceful with his work, and his rates are exceptional. I will be contacting him as I upgrade my home's audio/visual needs in the coming years. You should too. read more

I would give Marcos Campos 6 stars, if I could! He is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and went out of his way to be sure I was set up with the right antenna to be able to pull in the local stations as well as others. He spent a lot of time with me, explaining things that I didn't understand (I didn't even know my Smart TV was a Roku TV, I thought it was a Samsung (: And he suggested that I also get a Tablo for both TV's so I can record shows. - you can't do that with just an antenna, which i didn't know Long way around to say that Marcos definitely way above and beyond to be sure I was taken care of, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for any type of service AV-Tech provides read more

Marcos called me back the same day I called him. He then asked if he could come out on this same day to look at the tv antenna project that I needed done. He came in about 45 minutes from the call and gave me a quote on the spot. He would have come the next day to do the project but I wouldn't be home so we arranged for him to come a couple of days later. He showed up on time and did an excellent job. Had an issue getting channel 5 and he continued to trouble shoot until he figured out how to solve the problem. I would high recommend to anyone to use his services. He knows his stuff and is very professional. read more

Marcos has the perfect blend of talent and knowledge. He did extensive trouble shooting and was able to fix a long lasting problem caused by another installation company, making everything work. I am exceptionally happy with his work and give him the best possible recommendation. read more

Marcos's wall mounts knowledge and skills didn't meet expectations. He excepted the job knowing my location and then didn't want to return to my place to fix the crappy work he did in my family room. He mounts the soundbar incorrectly, making extra holes in the wall, then added hole filler that wasn't dry and got it all over my soundbar. My soundbar was barely mounted to the wall. When I asked when can he return to fix the work, he told me I was too far to come, and I would need to have more jobs to make it worth his time. Marcos even had the nerve to say I would need to pay for his gas. I would never recommend him or Angi List for having him as a contractor. read more

I called Marcos @ AV tech to schedule installing some Ethernet cable and speaker wire at my new home. After a free estimate we agreed on 9am that Saturday to start work. The morning of the job he txted me saying he would be late because he needed to buy supplies and arrived at 9:30. When he arrived Marcos was friendly and explained the work he would be completing and set the expectation of about 8 hours to wire the house and it took him just over 7 hours which is great! Marcos' work was almost flawless but there was an issue with the wiring with the Access point that had to be redone but it was resolved. read more

They arrived on time and we reviewed the project. They quickly started the work of removing and relocating two large flat screen TVs. They were quick and very professional. I'm planning on buying an outdoor TV this summer and will ask Marcos and his team to assist with this process after seeing how he operates. Very happy customer! read more

Fast, reasonable, and reliable. I've used them twice. Once to wire my house with Ethernet and once to run cable and Ethernet to a TV that they hung. read more

I had Marcos come out to install and mount an outdoor TV on my deck. Marcos was the only vendor that came out to scope out the job, gave me a great quote, and completed the installation to my full satisfaction. I would high recommend for all those audio/video DYI projects that are just little out of your comfort, or for those that you know are way over your head, Marcos and AV-techs should be your first call! read more

Marco from Marco's TV and Audio is amazing. He has a friendly phone manner, is prompt and very competent. He is extremely knowledgeable, with a witty sense of humour. Marco swiftly reconnected my new, wall mounted soundbar, after disconnecting the old one and also simplified the internal cable connections. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him. Thanks Marco. read more

Marcos made my difficult project work! I dry walled my basement ceiling so it was difficult to get to the hidden wires when replacing a wall mounted tv on the upper level. He replaced the tv and the surround sound system, flawless install! read more

Hate to leave this type of rating but we did not have a good experience with Marcos. He came out and checked out our equipment and then We were waiting to hear back from him. Days went by and we heard nothing. I reached out to him and he apologized and was looking for someone else to help him figure out our equipment. Then he was suppose to contact my husband after I reached out and he never did. We needed the work done for a Dec 4th kids birthday party and we didn't have it done. I would have liked for him for communicate that he couldn't do the job instead of leaving us hanging. We hired another company that we would highly recommend. read more

Marco responded promptly to my initial question, and we quickly scheduled an appointment. He came out and installed some needed upgrades to my family room entertainment system. I would highly recommend him. Very professional. read more

Amazing work! We hired Marcos to mount our TVs when we first moved to the area. Him and his team did such a good job at a good and fair price that we hired him to install our security system. Again, they did a phenomenal job at a good price. I highly recommend reaching out to Marcos if you need help. It's hard to find good help these days and they went above and beyond! read more

I've used Marcos twice in the past few months. Both times, he has been super responsive, reasonably priced and done a great job. First, in the spring, Marcos mounted an outdoor TV and soundbar on an exterior brick wall in our screened-in porch. More recently, I needed someone to climb on to my roof to replace a faulty LNB on my DIRECTV dish (something DIRECTV technicians will no longer do). He came the same day and got my satellite system back up and running in about 15 minutes. Marcos will be my first call the next time I have an AV need. read more

I accidentally unhooked my TVs from my antenna while painting and could not get any channels when I put it back. Carlos promptly came out, saw the problem and repaired for a reasonable price. Highly recommend. read more

We highly recommend Marcos for your home entertainment installation needs. He responded to our inquiry on Yelp in less than 30 minutes and arranged an in home visit for an estimate same day. He successfully installed power, hung a 4K TV and hid all wiring in an exterior wall above the fireplace in what was a very challenging installation because of the way the fireplace is installed and having to access from our crawlspace. He re-established our 5.1 surround system with several new components and reprogrammed our Harmony remote for easy switching between functionality such as TV, CD, BluRay components. Because of the difficulty with the fireplace he had to return today to complete the job. He is dedicated, hard-working and cares about doing it right and ensuring you are satisfied with the end result. We highly recommend Marcos and team for your a-v and entertainment needs. read more
