I first contacted them on February 22nd and was told they would get somebody out right away, and it would cost $150 for activation. I even explained the situation and told them that, given the break-in and their status as the company which had installed the original system, that if they did a good job I would recommend them to my many nervous neighbors. They didn't do a good job. After our initial conversation I had no contact at all from the company for two weeks, and had to contact them myself to ask if they still wanted my business. After several more tries we finally got an installer out to my place on March 19th -- nearly a full month after I'd originally contacted them. After that I waited three more weeks before I heard from them again...when $250 was charged to my bank account. I never received an invoice or any other warning or explanation. I honestly expected the cost to be slightly more than their original $150 estimate, but is it asking too much for them to at least tell me they're going to charge $100 more than I'd expected, and maybe provide a reason why? Do yourself a favor and do business with a company that actually seems to care about its customers.
