The Real Seal was the only company who felt they could fix it. And they delivered! I can't say enough good things about Patricio, the lead project manager, he was so methodical and smart about each step, making sure the wall was reinforced, making sure they had the right supports in and then ensuring the wall was straight, secured and reinforced. He made sure to answer all our questions, to walk us through the plan for the day and show us what was done at the end. This was not an easy fix, but they came through with a straight, secured wall and I am so grateful to the entire crew! We also had a drain tile, new sump pump and antimicrobial sheeting installed to ensure the wall stays structurally sound.

Upon arrival we were rather confused because we walked right into a store and had no idea where the restaurant was until we followed the big crowd that came in after us. Once seated the tables were still rather dirty but after we asked for it to be cleaned they were quick about it. We ordered our food, and it did take a while to come out but it looked like everyone around us was waiting too but once one table's food came out we all had our food come out. My husband had French toast while I had one of their special plates with biscuits and gravy, eggs and their hash browns. My food came out a bit cold, and I think my favorite part of my plate was just the biscuit. We ordered a side of the garlic steak tips and the cinnamon apples to try and both of those were delish! For our little guy we ordered cinnamon pancakes but we're brought cereal "funfetti" they said they could remake it but it may take 15-20 minutes. We decide to just keep the plate for our little guy. After eating we decided to shop around the store a bit and man oh man was everything pricey. I ended up grabbing a little onesie for our kiddo but everything else was certainly more trinkety. Overall an okay experience, we're glad we tried it.

First, I don't know how many times we circled around to find the entrance until we realized we have to go through the gift shop to get in. Second, the menu was very limited. There wasn't really anything appetizing but since we're already there, we just ordered whatever from the menu. We got two steak entrees, a fish and fries, another item I can't remember. Yeah that's how bad the experience was. As expected, nobody enjoyed it. No one finished any of the entrees. There's no condiments available in the tables. I wanted catsup for my friends but we didn't know where the server was. There was only one other customer in the restaurant so it wasn't busy at all. We spent over $100 here for a meal we didn't enjoy. Never again.....

Outside darker border and 2nd step is Mocha Brown and pattern is Scissorstone. They followed our design dimensions exactly! They put plywood down on top of the grass so it doesn't get destroyed, and all of ours springed back up after about a weeks time. Definitely give Andy a call, you won't regret it!

This review is also about their tech support which we had to call for a lot in the past year: first to upgrade our system as we put it in 18 years ago; and then because we remodeled our basement so they had to come out a few times to deal with construction dust setting things off, moving motion detectors when walls were moved, adding new window contacts etc. Two of their service techs specifically are amazing: Gus and Mara. I feel extremely lucky when they send either of them out. Especially Mara. She stands out as being the most competent service tech - of *any company* I have ever dealt with. She assesses the situation, makes recommendations for better solutions, advocates for the customer if needed, and then executes the solution flawlessly, efficiently, quickly. Again shout out to Gus who is A+ but I have to give Mara an A++!

After speaking with a multitude of companies, I was met with many dead ends. With these previous companies, communication would stop or people wouldn't show. He was very communicative during the whole process and always made sure I received a call back. When he got here to look at the camera, he immediately started investigating. I don't know much about cameras, but I knew our system was older and had a LOT going on. I could tell right away, Richard was very knowledgeable. He immediately spotted all the little pieces of our system and how it was connected, and confirmed it did have a LOT going on. However, this did not deter him. Richard explained to me how our system was set up and started talking about different solutions depending on the problem. Our camera ended up needing a simple fix and it has been working great since. Our office is now talking about installing more cameras for increased security. He was very patient with all my questions, gave me a few good options, and was very understanding about our requests for estimates. We will definitely be keeping his info on hand for when we install the cameras, or if we ever need IT work. Thank you again Richard!

We decided to move forward with the purchase and bring forward concerns with electrical to which we were able to work out with the seller.
