I was very impressed by the professional and friendly attitudes of both Al and Don. They even moved a console piano (extra fee, but I knew that in advance) and were very careful with it. No damage happened to any furniture; everything was thickly wrapped in heavy moving blankets and was well packed. They also moved a bedroom set and put it in the garage so it was easier for a charitable organization to pick up later, and carried smaller furniture pieces from the basement to the garage for the same reason. The movers maneuvered a tricky second floor staircase at the first residence and successfully carried down a complete bedroom set with nary a scratch. Kudos also to Isac, who set up our move so quickly - I called on the Wednesday prior and was able to secure a crew for Monday, just a few days later. Very, very happy with Five Star!!

I purchased a computer the first week of September 2025, and from the time I bought it until I finally called the store to report the issues the computer was having was approximately 9 weeks. I had been having all sorts of problems with this computer (I have a list of 8 different problems which I explained), and the individual I spoke to blamed me for all of them. Then, in addition to that, he accused me of not paying for their subscription service even though I had already paid when I purchased the computer and had an active credit card on file for the following monthly subscription fees. Then he accused me of yelling at him which I was not (my sister heard the whole conversation) and in the end just hung up on me. So now I am stuck with this piece of junk computer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE - if there is a problem it will be your fault and you will not get any real help.
