A lot of reviews I read about Absolute Computer Systems seem to relate more to businesses, but Tom and his staff are also great at working with everyday folks who have a computer problem. Very responsive, including a daily phone update on progress if your computer is being repaired. ACS has helped me out twice in the past few months and I really appreciate their service. read more

The refurbished systems are so outdated and junk! Never trust them to work on your computer or get one from them! read more

These guys are great! They handle a monthly backup for me and take care of any problems. Recently my server went down which shut down my service business. Don responded to my site with 2 hrs. and had me running with 24hrs. Couldn't have asked for better service. Joe N. read more

I just want to say how nice it is to have a company so honest, I had been having problems with my computer and was told by my friends to take it here. I was ready to hear that I need to spend hundreds of dollars to get it fixed. But much to my surprise Don called and told me that even if the problem was fixed it would just be a temporary fix. He explained that the mother board had problems. Now I have big respect for a company to be so up front and honest. They have a customer as long as I have a computer with any problems. And yes I will tell all my friends they are a great computer company for fixing a computer problem. Thank you so much for the HONESTY.... read more

Absolute Computer Systems is absolutely (pun intended) the best! Not only do they keep my computer systems for my business running smoothly but they help prevent critical system crashes, ensure my computer is backed up and a whole lot more. It's one of the reasons I've been using them for years and refer them to my clients. Top notch service. Quality products. Knowledgeable staff. And the real kicker -- they genuinely care about their customers. Love ACS Kenosa. read more

Thank you Absolute Computer Systems for being the helping hand to someone who is not all that computer savvy. It is very comforting to know that your services are just a phone call away. If a techician is not available at the time of my phone call, they get back to you within a very short time-frame. While on the phone, the technician has always solved my problem in a very courteous and professional manner. It in no way feels like those frustrating calls to your cable company where you have to take a day off of work and pack a lunch just to get a minor problem corrected. You talk to friendly humans not a computerized questioning system where you are asked unnecessary questions. Absolute Computer Systems is economically friendly and professionally astute. read more

They are so knowledgeable and always have answers for us. Tom not only brings his knowledge, but he also brings his charisma and always makes you feel comfortable. My small business does NOT have an IT Dept. but I have Absolute Computer Systems on speed dial. I've called Tom when ever I've been in trouble in the past 6 years. I trust Tom with my computer systems. He just comes over, updates the software, upgrades the hardware and has saved me a lot of money, as I don't have to buy new equipment as I did before knowing him. Tom is a life saver, if you don't know him, you are really missing out. read more

My cat spilled water on my computer for a small non-profit and fried it. I heard from a friend that Absolute Computer Systems is great. This friend wasn't lying. I called ACS and they had a refurbished computer and monitor in stock for me at a great price. I picked up the computer (they offered to come and install it) and I brought it to the office. They have called a couple of times since I got it running to make sure everything is OK. Their customer service is impeccable. read more
